Kiwassa Lake B&B is an Adirondack waterfront Bed and Breakfast in Saranac Lake, NY. The B&B is so close to the water’s edge that guests feel like they’re staying in a luxury boathouse. The B&B is conveniently located three miles from Saranac Lake and 10 miles from Lake Placid in the Adirondack Mountains. The property is nestled on twenty wooded acres at the end of a dead end road on the water’s edge of Lake Kiwassa. The B&B has four guest suites each with a private bath and wireless Internet access. There is a full guest kitchen located on the second floor of the main house to refrigerate drinks or snacks.

Established in 1991.

The same family has been running this business for over 20 years.

The family also runs Cochran’s Adirondack cabins which features housekeeping cabins amidst forested trees on a gorgeous waterfront setting.
