The auto service center is absolutely horrible, it’s the worst service I have ever had. I made a Unilocal account just to write this review. I will never come back here. If a manager named Lewis is «helping you» nothing will get done. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

My review is strictly of the pharmacy, nearly every single time I go to pick up my pre ordered refill days in advance its not ready or somehow my confirmation saying my request was processed is just total lies because they never seem to have anything on hand for me. The last time I went in not only did they not«have my refill request» they used up another one of my 12⁄20 refills so instead of having 11 refills left I now have 10. I don’t see how my medical needs should be screwed with because there system messes up some times. Medication is not something you simply goof up these are people’s life’s and health you are in charge of and it seems they can barely do that! Not only that the employees literally visibly loathe there jobs it seems.

This location didn’t seem to be as busy as other in the surrounding area. This Walmart could definitely use more staff, especially during the holiday. I wasn’t necessarily hard to find a worker, it was harder finding someone that can actually help. If you’re walking in for store pick up during this holiday season, good luck. Plan ahead because this line is long and they are working with the staff they have without almost any or very little seasonal help.

I turned in a prescription with 2 items…2 types of eye drops to treat a chemical burn of both eyes. I had spent the night in the Emergency Room and my eyes were continuing to burn. I was told that the medication was in stock but it would take 1 hour to fill the prescription. I WASTHEONLYPERSONWAITINGANDTHEREWERE3PEOPLEWORKINGBEHINDTHECOUNTER. I wonder if this might be a tactic to see if I would spend that hour shopping. That’s the only explanation I can think of. Rather than shop… my eyes were continuing to burn… I sat down on the bench in front of the cash register so they would see me every time they looked up… and started to write this review. To be fair, when I didn’t go shopping, they finally filled the prescription in 40 minutes rather than 60 minutes as they had said at first. I’m grateful for that but this place will never see me or any member of my family enter their pharmacy or store again.

Craig was super nice! He treated everyone with the same amount of kindness! I have never came across customer service this great at walmart ever! If he keeps it up I know he will be manager soon & he deserves it!!! I hope I always run into my gamer buddy every time I visit this store!

I went to walmart for a an item for my work. I needed help finding the item. I couldn’t find an associate for the life of me. I finally found someone. I was just about to ask where the item was located in the store. The woman cuts me off and says, «I work for hallmark sorry I can’t help you». She was so rude! She couldn’t even point me to someone who could help. I tried finding someone else took about 10 min to Finally found someone. She pointed to the area it was in and left. What happened to customer service. No one talks to you or asks if you need help anymore. I’m beginning to really hate walmart! No matter which area, they all suck. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

While the prices are better than nearly most others, the constant lack of service makes me wish I had paid more else where. This pharmacy has got to be the absolute worst ever. Only one in there Luz has a clue. Ive used this pharmacy 3 times now. I pay out of pocket and my medicine is extremely exspensive. The first 2 times I waited over an hour on both occassions only to be told they were out of stock both times. Last time after waiting 2 hours they said they didnt understand doctors directions, which stay the same so I had to go home and call Walmart every few hours to see if they filled. Im done, they are always rude, never can just fill a script, and its never ever a seamless process. Paying 300 plus I shouldnt have to battle every time.

Horrible customer service & management. Most of employees are careless! Not very good for customers. Long checkout lines has always been a repetitve issue for Walmart unlike Target stores. Target as a whole provides excellent customer service.

I went in to the auto area for a few different things but one was a new set of keys. Jesse and Matthew were the best at getting me new keys and being very friendly while the keys were being made.

If you like moldy nasty bread, try this walmart. It’s my fault for not checking but I just assume that a mega chain like walmart have their act together and don’t purposely try to poisen their neighborhoods. But apparently I was wrong.

As much as I love mingling with the lovely people of Klantee, this particular location reminds me of all the reasons why I hate going to Walmart. The wardrobe malfunctions alone are enough to blind you or make you vomit in one of the 18 gallon storage bins(of which I bought 5 at $ 4.46 each!). If I could order motor oil online I would and avoid this whole trip.

This is seriously the biggest hangout for the meth heads and white trash of Santee! This place is a joke. Santee use to be a nice family town now it’s full of scum and homeless crack addicts and it seems like Wal Mart is their mothership. Even some of the employees look like they just walked off the street. The lines are horrible and the customer service employees are down right rude! Never again well I come back to this nasty place

I love Walmart, but I prefer Target more. Walmart has better product selection, and I love the Electronics and seasonal stuff, also.

Holy crap. I realize this is wal mart but Jesus tap dancing christ. What a horrible experience. There were about 4 of us standing around the ammunition area waiting for help. Probably 6 different employees came by asking to help and said they didn’t have keys and would find someone. Only problem is they took off and nobody ever showed up. A few of them got on the phone and asked for someone with keys to come over. Apparently customer service isn’t a top priority because this went on for about 25 minutes!!! Finally Sheri waddles over and is totally rude and tells everyone to step away from the ammo as if she’s unloading gold bars or something. I finally get what I needed and she proceeds to only put two boxes in a plastic bag. She used 3 plastic bags for 5 boxes of ammunition. Good god.

This place is old and some aisles can’t even fit 2 carts side by side. Every other store nearby is updated and new, so I think Walmart should do a major remodel sometime soon. I had no other problems on my visit.

I like this Walmart to find good deals. I always find somebody who’s able to help me friendly and it’s convenient to where I live.

Walmart is always a painful task for me… It reminds me of the pitifully boring childhood I had in Florida. This is. Yet another Walmart. That glaring Mecca of cheap crap uninspired employees. But there is one shining exception in this store. In the sea of glazed eyes and forgotten drool… Isabel was a beacon of hope. That one person we all desperately hope to meet during the shared misery of this Holiday Shopping Season. She is awake(shocking rarity!), happily answers questions, and actively strives to make my shopping experience bearable, if not even pleasant. Charming, delightful… And a complete stranger who is willing to nod politely as I wax poetic about power tools and glitter. Then she politely directs me back to the paint department. I may have a girl crush. Or I may need to lay off the spiked eggnog. Merry Consumerism to all!

Took my truck in for a simple oil change 40 days ago. My truck started to make a tapping noise last week . I check the oil and it’s empty. I look under the Hood and the oil filter is loose and covered in oil. I took the truck back to walmart where we sat for over an hour. Finally, asked the assistant manager what was up and they say that the truck has been done for a while. He says«the oil filter was defective allowing the oil to leak out» but that they replaced it and«it’s good to go». Got the truck home and it’s still knocking. Took the car to an auto repair place and they said it was broken manifold bolts, nothing to do with oil. If you do decide to get an oil change here, keep an eye under car for leaks and check that the filter was not just hand tightened. The oil running out of my truck could have ruined my engine.

By far one of the worst Walmarts I have come across. I don’t go to Walmart often. Normally it’s out of desperation or for something I bought online that I need to pick up… because it was the Christmas season they didn’t have what I needed at my regular Walmart in La Mesa, so I ended up here I thought while I was at it might as well get some regular stuff done, like groceries. Hell no… This place is a single floor dimension to hell. Nothing is organized. Nothing has any rhyme or reason. You can’t find anything. Nothing is stocked… The faces of walmart are all here. God damn Duck Dynasty crap staring at me… ahhhhhhhh! I had enough. I just left my cart and said lets get out of here I headed to my local Target. All was well again
