Service is fine here. No complaints here. I have not used the pharmacy, just purchases.

Always busy with NEVER enough help Nd or staff. Management needs to get a clue and get more organized and possibly more staff

The store is very clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of products at reasonable prices. The pharmacy has filled many prescriptions for our family and the pharmacists consultations have been helpful.

I’ve never had a prescription before and I had mine sent to this pharmacy because it is the closest to my home. The first time, I waited almost an hour for my prescription and never received it. I had to leave on personal business and return a half hour later and asked them what happened, and they told me that they had called me a couple times on the intercom. BS. I was in the sitting area, waiting, and never heard my name called once. Refilling was a pain in the ace the next two months, and finally they told me I could enroll in auto refill. Thanks for telling me earlier! Like I said, first prescription ever. After that, the next 7 months have been fine. I pick up in the drive through, no problem besides the long lines at certain hours. But the thing that absolutely bothers me the MOST… WHY THE EFF DO I GET A NEW DISPENSER EVER SINGLE REFILL? These people are wasteful! I can see the first prescription receiving a new plastic dispenser, but not every time.

The store is clean, they have all sorts of products available. There are discounts (like 50%) when you put in your phone number and sign up for their rewards program. The nicest employees I have ever met work here. One employee, I am unsure of her name, but she has grey/​white hair, in her 50’s. She should be the face of this store, because she is the best employee. She is helpful, caring, nice, welcoming, and everything a good employee should be. She is always in a good mood and eager to help. Thank you!

First walgreens I’ve been to that’s not 24hrs. Well, I should say I didn’t get to go to. Thankfully cvs is open!

I live less than a mile away from this store so I shop there quite often. Virginia at the front is amazingly nice and friendly. Actually all the employees I encountered there are nice. Great job hiring good staff. I used to go to CVS in Santee and the employees there are bottom of the barrel so this is a nice change. I recently started using the pharmacy. Love that there’s a drive thru and the people are nice. However I only ever see 2 people working the pharmacy and the lines are long. They need to hire more staff there desperately!

The store itself is nice; clean, usually well stocked, and the employees are friendly. It’s a great one-​stop shop if you need anything in a pinch. The location, while getting in and out of the parking lot can sometimes be a pain, is conveniently located near other major businesses, so running errands to multiple locales can usually be accomplished in a swift manner of time.
The issue, however, lies with their pharmacy. In a nutshell: if you require life-​or-​death medication, don’t count on the pharmacy to have it ready on time. My wife recently had two prescriptions she needed filled; they weren’t crucial to her survival, but nonetheless she needed them. They were sent directly from the doctor’s office to the pharmacy electronically before noon Tuesday morning, and my wife even called them to make sure they received both prescriptions, which they did.
I went out to run errands, and swung by the pharmacy to pick up her meds. We figured that, since they had all day Tuesday and most of Wednesday, they’d both be ready for pickup. Yes and no; one was ready, but they were still working on the other, and it’d be another 5 – 10 minutes to fill it. They had 30+ hours to fill both… shouldn’t both prescriptions have been ready?!
This isn’t the first time their time estimates have been… off. I had another prescription about a week or two I took in to fill. They told me 45 minutes, which was no big; I had other errands to run. When I came back a few hours later, they asked me to wait a few minutes because they were STILL working on it!
So again, if you absolutely rely on your medication to, I dunno, help you live day-​by-​day, head somewhere else. You’re more likely to haunt this Walgreens than get your prescription on-​time.

Great store, go out of my way to go to this one because of friendly staff! Love Virginia and Barbara, both are extremely friendly cashiers. Pharmacy staff is friendly, but always scattered and slow, I think they need better time organization skills, but store makes up for it.

The worst store ever. First off i want to say the staff is very friendly at the cash register, BUT the pharmacy is a joke. my wife recently transfer her scrips over to this store and there pharmacy hours stink., So recently we found out my wife was pr-​ago and had a scrip sent over there to get filled «a very important scrip» and she waited all day and finely went to pick it up. when she arrived they said they had no scrip for her. they went in back and came back to her and told her they no longer take her insurance and therefor they did not fill it. DON’T you think you should call your customer and tell them there is a problem with there insurance. My other big beef is they are always out of stock on the usual house hold over the counter stuff.

This review specifically refers to the service I received tonight from Shannon, the beauty advisor. Shannon was oh so helpful making directive suggestions and giving me her personal insight. Shannon answered quite a few questions of mine and made such an effort to help me. After meeting and connecting with her– I won’t go anywhere else to buy my beauty products!!! Thank you Walgreens for providing your customers with such compassionate and well advised employees like Shannon! It means a lot to actually get good service these days!

Regarding the false accusation of my son shoplifting here. The store manager contacted me and was apologetic however, there has been no indication that any corrective action was taken. As far as I know, the assistant manager was not disciplined, trained, or released from employment. Be careful going here, you may find yourself wrongfully detained by an overzealous and untrained manager who is more concerned about theft from her store than customer service or shopping experience… buyer beware!

In my opinion this Walgreens is conveniently located with ample parking and possesses the familiarity and consistency that I love about Walgreens. Also helpful employee that helped me is a nice woman and she suggested a solution for me. One reason I love walgreens is because they have cheaper prices on cigarettes than anywhere else I can find of the chain stores. I went in to buy a carton of cigarettes which she told me they didn’t have, however she was willing to give me the carton price on 10 little boxes, and she was enthusiastic and helpful. Store was clean and fully stocked… Also I am a Starbucks addict and Starbucks is right next door so I prefer this walgreens location as I can walk in get Starbucks right after my trip to Walgreens

Employees always friendly and helpful!
Would be 4 stars if it weren’t for the candy/​chips «up sell» every time I buy something at the counter. I spend hundreds of dollars on prescriptions at Walgreens a month. I know it’s not the employees fault. Walgreen management: Please stop the upsell :/
