Jorge provided great customer service. I was moving to a personal plan after having a business plan. He was super helpful in getting everything set up just the way I needed and would be most cost effective for our needs. We’re going to get my partner setup as a second phone on the plan and will end up saving ourselves $ 90 a month. The only reason this isn’t a 5-​star rating is because there was an iPad training going on in the store for some new customers and the trainer was very loud in his instructions. It was just very noticeable and hard to hear each other at times with that in the background. I’m sure he had his reasons for projected as much as he was, it just affected our conversation by having that constantly in the background.

Verizon is now screwing all customers with grandfathered data plans for additional $ 20 per month for no reason and for nothing more than greed. I’ve already explained to Verizon that I do not agree to the increase in price or that they are illegally changing the terms of my grandfather price of my data plan and they’ve been on notice since November 1 not to change or alter my plan in anyway. I will be seeking legal counsel and filing a class-​action lawsuit against Verizon for changing the terms without my consent. Verizon is just greedy and I do not agree with what they are doing. I’ve been with Verizon for 20+ years and would never expect to be ripped off, now I feel ripped off and betrayed and I now have emotional distress from this change in terms without my consent. I will be suing accordingly once my new bill comes out and I expect others to follow and join me if fighting them in court especially for throttling my plan prior to the CEO announcement in September stating that they stopped throttling customers data. This company is a complete fraud for their actions and misleading advertisements.

I made an appt and got to the store early when they opened. Lots of people on a Sunday morning had the same idea and the staff handled the influx of people like a traffic control director. Each person was assisted and lucky me got Frank. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me narrow it down between the 2 cell phones I had considered buying. He took care of all the details and I left happy and confident that I bought the right phone.

Returned to this Verizon location, still efficient and organized, and encountered Sammy, another great employee — professional, friendly, knowledgeable.

Frank was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in finding solutions that met our needs. He set us up with a mobile hotspot that was appropriate for our situation & even made some changes to our service plan that better suited our lifestyle. All in all, the service I received here was far better than what I had been experiencing when calling the Verizon 800 number. It paid to go to the local store. Great experience!!!

I initially rated this 5 stars until I found out that one of the floormen Christian, actually put us on a two year plan for a phone that we had already owned and simply wanted activated. Pretty unethical but I guess it’s expected with Verizon.

This store sucks and they do not care about anyone all they want is your money. we went in to this store and got kicked out of the store because my mother has a service dog. As soon as we walked in the door we got ask to leave because we had a dog with us at this time my mother had just got out of the Hospital and had been fighting Breast cancer. So she had no hair and a mask on along side of her Bella her service dog. Bella is registered with the Humane Society and has her gold medallion that is issued to service animals. Bella also had on her her service dog vest and was on a leash. So if you are disabled Verizon dose not want you to come in to there stores

One word: LIARS.
So I went to this store in August of 2014 to see what I could do to lower my bill. We switched to the share everything plan and the man who was assisting us said they are having a promotion in which you get a tablet with a 2 year contract, but it adds 1 extra gig to the entire plan. He was able to waive the initial fee for the tablet and my bill stayed the same. I didn’t want or need a tablet but figured it was worth it for the extra gig. I started getting notifications in December of 2014 saying I was almost over my data and that didn’t make sense to me. There was no way I went over 5 gigs of data. I called the 611 number and a lady helped me and said that they never added the extra gig but she would add it effective that day.
I called back about 2 weeks ago because I was getting the same notifications… and this is when sh*t hit the fan. The customer service rep at the 611 number was extremely rude. He said verizon is a scam and he doesn’t even have his own phones with verizon. He conferenced the manager, Michael at this verizon location and he was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. He said, «are you really calling and complaining about 1 gig?» He said the promotion I’m talking about was over in May and there was no way one of his guys gave me a tablet with a gig. Absolutely horrible experience. I cannot wait until my contract is up so I can be done once and for all with this bait and switch company. If you’re going to buy or upgrade anything, go to best buy. They are not paid on commission and will help you with what you really need, not what’s best for their pockets.

This review is for the customer service we received today from Luis. He was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of getting my phone upgraded and an ipad for my office. He went above and beyond finding the device I wanted and helped with every little detail with the set up of my phone, even putting my case on for me.
The store was busy when we went in, but he spent a lot of time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed to get us out the door. Thanks Luis!

One star is a waste on this company
HORRIBLE customer service. 3 times of back and forth. NOTHING

It was time for us to upgrade to the iphone 6. We have 3 phones on our account and we needed to do the upgrades in a staggered fashion as people weren’t available on the same days. I handled the upgrades and each time worked with Sonya. She was so personable, patient and helpful. We had issues setting up the corporate discount through my husband’s employment (our fault, not hers) and she came in on her day off to insure it got set up. She is amazing and I will always ask for her. She was so helpful. What could have been a tiresome process was very pleasant instead. Thanks, Sonya!

Mike Cirillo was amazing from start to finish. Came in for a simple question about my phone and walked out with a wealth of knowledge. I’m glad to be a Verizon customer!

I decided to give this store another try! I have been calling them for 2 days and not once has anyone picked up the phone!!! Its safe to say I will drive the extra 10 mins to the other store in EL CAJON!

Great customer service, knowledgable staff but like any other store the wait can be long. Well worth it when you get good service and solutions. Thanks Fransico! Sprint take note and learn from these guys.

The reason for one star is I stood in line for a 6 plus for 3.5 hours. I had asked, are you sold out, I will not order, so please let me know so I can leave. Oh no, we have a lot. They were sold out and as soon as I got in there they give you the spill on how good it is, put you with a rep, then the rep tells you they don’t have any. It made me realize, my time meant nothing to them. What they wanted was the sale for their store. If I ordered it, it would be points etc. So, I will not oder from them. I will order online.

For being a military town u sure need more training on how to suspend or cancel accounts on orders and be more professional when u don’t know the answer and actually find out and help the customer

If I could give this store, staff and managers a Negative Star rating, I would. Sonya has not only provided misleading information, but leaves out very important information about transactions. She continually upsells products without understanding them herself. That’s what they’re all told to do. Upsell. After over an hour dealing with Sonya I heard every other sales person spewing the same upsell B.S. It was nauseating. Read every detail before signing a contract with them. There are hidden fees added after poorly communicating to the customer. Proceed with caution if you decide to do business at this Verizon store. Danger — Danger —

Needed advice about replacing a lost phone — absolutely the WORST phone tree ever! All the prompts didn’t work and the same message repeated over and over, regardless of the key pushed!
Guess I’ll go into Costco and talk to some people who know what’s going on…

Beware. They are con artists.
My mother purchased a replacement feature phone (flip phone that doesn’t have data) at the Verizon Wireless at 9824 Mission Gorge Rd Ste A in Santee. She paid $ 149. Since this didn’t sound right I called Verizon Corporate to learn it should have only cost 99 cents. I then called the Verizon store in Santee to learn exactly how they ripped her off. They told her that a fitbit comes free with her phone. This makes no sense since the fitbit doesn’t work with a feature phone. Of course, today they tell me that she simply needs to return the fitbit and her purchase would be 99 cents. No wonder their Unilocal reviews are horrid. I’m so disgusted. Verizon my parents have been loyal customers for 10 years. They should be able to walk into one of your franchises and trust they won’t be conned.

Horrible! They are ridiculously slow. Had to wait 30 minutes to get someone to help me out. All I wanted was a Note 3 holster. No plans. No contract. Just to buy a little plastic thing. I wait 30 minutes only to have the guy tell me they’re sold out. Why don’t they cross-​train the ‘greeter’ to be someone who can do some work instead of being a glorified receptionist? Just a lame system and a lame company altogether.
Oh, but they have the greatest 4G coverage. That’ll come in really handy next time I’m in Wyoming or Tennessee… wait – why would I every go there???
Plus, they raped their long-​time customers out of the unlimited data plans. Just, well, lame.
It’s all about AT&T.
