Candice (owner) fixed a door on my VW Cabrio. I feel assured that she got me the best possible price and when I wanted to paint the whole car and she was honest enough to tell me that I would be wasting my money because the value of the car was not worth it. I very much appreciate her honesty and she totally could of ripped me off or at least made more money off of me — instead she saved me money and replaced the door and matched it perfect to the rest of the car… would I recommend her to a friend? Absolutely! Its hard to find honest people and I would say that my experience with Santee Collision Center was absolutely as good as it gets!

I was rear ended twice within a matter of four months and took my SUV to Santee Collision Center both times. Candice is so amazing to work with and always put the customer first. I work and have three kids and she’s made the entire process so stress free for me, even driving my rental car back to Enterprise and helping me to install my car seats. Each time my car has looked completely brand new and perfectly detailed. I highly recommend their services!

Quality repair craftsmanship and, more importantly, treated my mom well as she brought her car in for repairs.

Ive taken my car twice to have body work done, and have been impressed each visit. They are very customer service oriented. Candice is a delight to work with. They are fast and efficient in getting the work accomplished, and my car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Completely detailed the outside and inside. I highly recommend their services!

Rear bumper and slight damage to body of my SUV. We usually go to our dealership for any services but 2 +weeks without a car wasn’t an option. Enter santee collision and Candice. Her estimate was cheaper and 5 working days to repair car. She replaced bumper w/​original manufacturer parts. Crunched panel and door looked brand new. They blended the new paint so well, we couldn’t tell you where it began or ended! Car was returned sparkling clean ! Candice and her staff have awesome customer service, very professional and succinct w/​paperwork and time schedules. We felt like family from beginning to end of process. Highly highly recommend this company ! They are close, efficient, price concscience, perfectionists and make YOU feel like YOU are their ONLY priority!!! 5 stars tripled !!!

This place is the best. The customer service is awesome and the work is absoluetly wonderful. It’s the first time i’ve used a «non-​dealership» repair shop as I’ve always been one to stick to chains for everything except restaurants. But after having a bad experience with PepBoys and finding a local auto repair shop, I decided to take the leap and find a local collision repair shop to see if they were any good. Candice is a perfectionist, she got me the cheapest deal and made my SUV look like brand new. The paint was a perfect match. She completely replaced the bumper. I had a quote from the dealership the other driver’s insurance refered me to and they were only going to «buff and patch». She did all the work calling the dealership and the insurance company and getting them to send a new estimator and in the end got everything taken care of for me. She even handled setting up a rental for me at a discounted price and making sure I was all taken care of. They worked quickly too! I wholeheartedly recommend this place. I drove out of the parking lot feeling like I had a new car, it was fixed and sparkling clean inside and out!

Such a bummer that so many reviews have been filtered, who knows if they are real but I had AMAZING service over at Santee Collision.
Candice was great and completely put me at ease the moment I walked in.
My car was scratch in my condo complex and I wanted an estimate to see what we could do. First off, she gave me an estimate to clean all the nicks & scratches on my car, plus buff it all out, which I plan on doing once tax money comes in: P.
BUT, she also buffed out the scratch that I was concerned with for free!
Forward a month or so after I first went in, I got hit in a parking lot (I swear I’m a good driver! It’s not me!), I came in for another quote to send to my insurance company and she was more than helpful.

Update: Two years later and my paint still looks great!

I would like to say that Candice Means, Ray, and the whole Santee Collision Center are some really generous people. I met with Candice about doing some donation work for our Ministry on a 63 Chevy Impala 4 door. She gladly took on this challenge and has been working on some custom changes to the doors and body work. Ray (one of her employees) has done some amazing customization by welding the doors together to make it into a 2 door. The customer service at the shop has been awesome. I stop by about once a week to see how the progress is going and we are always welcomed with smiles. I have pictures of the 63 Impala at
if you would like to see the work they have done so far. Santee Collision Center doesn’t cut any corners either. They have cut out all the rust of the areas that needed it and replaced it new metal. Candice has shown me some pictures of other restorations they have done and the results were amazing. Santee Collision Center is not only a body shop, but a full custom restoration company. I also had an unfortunate incident involving a young girl, a truck she didn’t know how to drive, and my car’s front bumper. One day at school, my car had the misfortune to be parked in a spot next to the one this girl pointed her truck at. You can guess what happened next– her aim was off, and she ended up giving my car a little love to the front right bumper. Thankfully she was insured. The insurance chick sent me a list of places to give me some idea of where to go.
Enter Santee Collision Center. First off, I looked them up on Unilocal.Five star average? Sounds good. Next, I called them up. Candace answered the phone, and answered all of my questions.
Here’s where it gets good. Because my life is crazy, it took me a month and a half to have the time to deal with the car thing. I called again, and I didn’t know how to explain that I’d originally called over a month ago. Well, Candace answered, and by the time I said I wanted to drop my car off, she replied with «Wait… isn’t this… you sound like Brittany.» What. The. Hell.
Who remembers some girl who called in to a business over a month ago? This was a sign of the great things to come. Santee Collision Center fixed my ride in the time they said they would, and due to their good relationship with Enterprise, picking up my rental car was easier than I thought possible. I went in expecting it to take an hour, and I walked out and got into my «new car» in ten minutes.
I would recommend this place to anyone. The only caveat is, they cleaned one headlight and not the other, so one side looks factory-​new and the other… not so much. However, it’s way late, and I just noticed it, so I’m very sure that when I call them in the morning, it’ll be no problem getting that taken care of.

After an unfortunate incident involving a distracted driver in the world’s most annoying parking lot, I was left with damage to the rear bumper of my car. A month later, once State Farm had finally agreed to pay for the damage, I decided to give Santee Collision Center a try after seeing all the glowing reviews on Unilocal.And I must say that I agree with other reviewers!
I went in on a Friday afternoon around 4 pm and the guy that was there checked out the damage and set up a time for me to drop my car off the following Monday as I requested. On Monday morning, the receptionist called and asked if I could come by a bit later so I could meet Candice. Candice handled everything from setting me up with a rental car, to dealing with the insurance company and making sure they stuck to their end of the bargain. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in SD county. When I got my car back it looked great. You’d never know there was any damage. It was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. They even vacuumed and waxed it. Thanks, Candice and SCC!

My brother had a damaged area of his Honda repaired and painted here and recommended I check them out because he was extremely happy with his results. My older ’98 Infinity i30 needed a complete repaint job, but I was on a severe budget (as in MAACO-​repaint kind of budget). Candice couldn’t have been more helpful and referred me to a garage that specializes complete auto repaints on the cheap. I’m really pleased with a repaint that fits my budget and gives my car another lease on life. I highly recommend this place for their high level of service and integrity.

Took my 2009 Jag first for insurance work… The quality was so good I brought it back for some more-​than-​minor ding repair. The car looks practically new, at a very reasonable rate. Very professional. Exceptional service.

We’ve used Santee Collision Center for 3 different repairs on our vehicle. When our last accident occurred, we were in the middle of dealing with the death of a close family friend. I couldn’t take the vehicle in to be repaired, because we couldn’t afford to be without two vehicles. Candice, the owner of the shop, was amazing! She checked with our insurance to see if we had rental coverage, coordinated with the rental company, and arranged rental shuttles for me. She went above and beyond in her customer service, and made a difficult and stressful time much more bearable. Five stars, definitely!

I have to be honest I have nothing to compare it to because I have never had to have a car repaired I guess I have just been lucky. My experience here was really good since I had never actually done it before I didnt know what to expect but they got everything done in a timely manner and were super friendly and helpful. A quick tip though if your renting a car I dont recommend getting one from the santee enterprise they dont have a very wide selection of cars and are kind of rude they never came to pick me up and I had to have one of the mechanics from the collision center drive me to go get a car after waiting for an hour.

I had my vehicle worked on from an accident. my insurance company referred us to Santee Collision, because it was closest to our house. When my husband and i came to pick up the car, he found a few things that were very misaligned and Candice agreed she would fix it and pay for the rental car for how many days it was going to take them to fix it.
Five months later, we still have not received a check payment for the rental car Candice agreed on paying for. Every time my husband called, they have one excuse after another… ie…we sent them copies of receipts, they tell us to re send it, then they tell us «we will contact the car rental place», they tell us they will call us back tomorrow, and we never hear from them. Most people have busy lives, but 5 months and still no payment and more excuses?. part of it is my husband is too nice and gives them the benefit of boubt. Today they tell us they paid the car rental and to contact the rental place. they will not be the only place to be contacted. I defenitely would not recomment Santee Collision to friends and family.

I had my vehicle repaired here twice. Both accidents were not my fault and I asked Candice, the owner of the shop, if she could work on both sides of the car simultaneously. She ordered the parts and made arrangements for me to have my car in her shop for the least amount of time possible. This way, my time in the rental was cut as it overlapped and the subsequent savings were split between the two insurance companies. Even though Enterprise offers a ride between their office and the body shop, Candice’s husband gave me a ride each way as Enterprise was busy both times I needed them. Santee Collision even washed and waxed my car before giving it back to me when it was finished. They did a fantastic job, they’re family-​owned, guarantee their work, and are always friendly and informative.
