My husband and I heard about Jerry, from my old boss. She comes from San Diego, and we live in Santee, so we got lucky. Jerry is very very good at what he does. He’s very informative and helpful, and answers all our questions. We will be using Jerry until he retires, and would recommend him to anybody!

I had a horrible experience with Jerry Dixon. First of all, he quoted me $ 75 on the phone, but then charge me $ 95 when I got there. After doing my taxes, I stopped in to pick up my paperwork, and pay his fees. He charged me a $ 5 surcharge for using credit card… but never mentioned that beforehand. He also uses some online payment method, that he couldn’t seem to remember his password for. When I told him I didn’t want him to keep my credit card number on file, he proceeded to save it right along with all my other personal information. He told me he’d have to run my card when he remembered what his password was, and was NOT able to print me a receipt.
After this, he handed me my return… and I asked why he hadn’t just e-​filed them. He said oh… well that costs extra too. Did you want me to e-​file? Ugh. Worst service ever.
I then got a call two days later saying that he forgot to give me my original documents, and could I stop by and pick them up?
