Eliminator Transmissions

So mistakes happen, right? These guys made a pretty big mistake while performing basic maintenance on my tranny. The transmission wound up failing while I was on a road trip and I had to have the transmission replaced up in Central California. This wasn’t a cheap job as this was a heavy duty transmission for my motor-​home.
When I returned from my trip I went back to speak with Jeff who runs the shop. He stepped up and paid my bill in full that I had paid to have the transmission replaced. What he did took a whole lot of INTEGRITY which is pretty hard to come by these days. Most shops would deny that they made this mistake as I had no proof. I only had my word and the mechanics in Napa.
I have to commend Jeff and the owners of this shop as this couldn’t have been an easy decision to make. Thanks for sticking to the high road guys!

When I called about a problem I had with my 05 Chevy Suburban I was able to talk to Tim, which I felt immediately that He cared and that He knew his business. To me attitude is almost everything and this shop has a great one. They found the problem immediately which was both u joints on my drive shaft. Tims words when he showed me the front u joint was The Lord was looking out for us, because it could of fallen off the car. The price was very good a lot better then I expected. They have a customer for life !!!

Heard about this transmission shop from a friend at work. We’ll let me tell you everyone is freaked out when you need transmission work done. This place has excellent customer service which is a really good thing, they don’t leave you in the dark with what’s going on with your vehicle. They have good communication and build a relationship with and give you the best service and wholesale price deals. I’m happy with the repairs they made and back you up if anything fails after repairs. If you need transmission or any services they provide this is the place to go.

Not happy, purchased a set of wheels from these guys. They constantly leaked air. Had to take back to them 4 times. Then when I pressured Ron about warranty he said my claim was with the manufacturer not them? Every time I took it there it was a 3 – 4 day process. After many months of hassling with them I finally took it to Discount Tire and they happily fixed it the first time! Then I called to go pick up my wheels that they took off and now they can’t find them? Called Ron multiple times he gave me multiple excuses, said he thinks one of his ex-​employees may have them, then accused me of taking them. What a bunch of crooks! Ron does nothing but give you BS lip service. Run from these guys…

These do great work and the prices are surprisingly very good. I have had them do work for me and have referred a lot of people here and they have all thanked me for the referral. …and none have had anything negative to say… try them out if you need a transmission

Con artists! Mark tried to make me pay for a new transmission, and it turned out to be a $ 30.00 part! Thank God I went for a second opinion!
