We have used Clean Water Pools for over 10 years and couldn’t be happier with the quality, the service and the cost. Jeff and Audrey are wonderful people, very dependable, honest, and a pleasure to deal with.

I interviewed several companies to handle the mess that was our pool. Jeff and Audrey had a plan unique to our needs and not a cookie cutter approach like the other companies. They rescued our pool and have kept it beautiful for 3 ½ years, handling any issue that comes up. I trust them and highly recommend them. They are a pleasure to work with.

We bought a house with a pool in April, we had never had a pool so I went online to find a reliable pool service. I went on to Unilocal and Clean Water pools came up with stellar reviews and they are located where I bought my house. After 3 months of service it is easy to see the reason for the reviews, they are incredible. They take pride in their work, not only are they great at what they do but they are great people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a pool.

Extremely great job! Recently purchased a home with a pool and the pool needed some serious help. Jeff and Audrey are very professional and take pride in what they do for a good reason. This is my first Unilocal review and I must say well deserved. I tried dong my own maintenance and upkeep but it is very hard with kids and a full time job. Hired another local pool service and he eventually had my pool green with algae and stains on the steps that I thought would not come out. Jeff checked out my pool and said he felt he could clear it up right from the get go, and sure enough he has. After a month it looked

We flip homes for a living, plus own a rental property with a pool, so have worked with Clean Water Pools for a few years now.
On the pool-​service side… there’s not much to say about basic service of a common pool… it’s either clean and balanced or it’s not. The service they do for us is always clean and balanced.
The important part that most people forget about is what happens when you need special services like start up or correcting a pool with major issues. In the many flips we have done with pools, we have faced some super odd situations with equipment, super hard water, start ups on an fresh epoxy painted pool, a fresh plastered pool that had been over-​troweled and now looked grey instead of white, and a re-​start of a pool that was greener than I thought could be recovered. In EVERY case, these guys got the pools in shape, balanced, and looking great in time for the resale.

Jeff was AWESOME!!! He showed me and my husband how to operate the pool and hot tub. Talked about treating the pool. Gave us great advice and he wasn’t trying to sell us crap that we didn’t need. Great service! For example: Jeff and Audrey went above and beyond my expectations by cleaning away some hardened lime deposits on the flagstone wall around our hot tub without being asked to do it! They obviously care about doing quality work and having satisfied customers. It’s easy to say I am one!

I hate leaving bad reviews! I guess I will consider this more advice! We were so excited to find such friendly people at such a great price. We really felt as if we would be leaving our home in good hands while we rented our house! Apparently there were some personal problems going on, which is TOTALLY understandable. I know people/​everyone go through hard times in life and makes it difficult to follow their daily routine. However, I feel if you are going to own/​run your own business you need to be prepared to handle your customers, even when times are rough.
All I wish would have happened is…
(1)You let us know you were unable to make your appointment with us that day instead of waiting for us to call you when you did not show up.
(2)You hadn’t led us on by telling us you still wanted the job and that you would stop by sometime that week and just never show up and then make us contact you AGAIN instead of contacting us.
(3)You did not make it so difficult to get ahold of you. You never ever answered your phone and only texted us back (hours or days later) when we texted you.
I am sure you are GREAT people and from all your other reviews it seems you were just going through a hard time in your life and we are super sorry for that. I just felt you could have handled it better by leaving a voicemail on your cell phone saying you are temporarily not doing any service calls and you are sorry for the inconvenience instead of leading us to think you would be at our house maintaining our spa.
