I don’t usually write reviews but I had to share my experience I had at A to Z Threads because they were beyond FANTASTIC to work with!!! Seriously, this is what true Customer Service looks like. David the owner was so helpful and so easy to work with that it took me by surprise… especially since I had a High Maintenance order.
I came into their store on very short notice because I had to get two shirts printed and completed within two business days. I had bought two shirts at American Apparel but it turned out because they were made of a lot of synthetic fibers, they couldn’t actually be used. David leaped in to action and spent the next couple hours finding me the perfect shirts on line, and then had them ordered and rushed via Overnight Delivery so they couldn’t get here in time to make my deadline. Needless to say, the shirts came in the next day and they were actually completed a whole day ahead of schedule! AND he didn’t even charge me extra for ALL the research and costs of the rush delivery. All I can say is I was BEYOND impressed and I would recommend David and A to Z threads to anyone!
Ps…the shirts came out beautifully too!

Please read my initial review. We are no longer close to A to Z threads, but good customer service is worth paying and driving for. I was disappointed at first, but David definitely made up for it. He responded and re-​did both shirts (I only wanted 1 re-​done) and sent them to us in the mail since we had moved farther away; with a little extra gift! He probably lost all the money he made off these shirts, but it shows he truly understands service. Not only will I be ordering any and all shirts from this guy, I will definitely recommend anyone to deal with him. I haven’t dealt with him in person, but his follow up impresses me. E-​mail, phone call and voice message.
I just started a business and need a few shirts done, he will be getting a call very soon. Thanks David, Katie and I truly appreciate it.

So, my girlfriend got me two shirts for Christmas and she said the guy was really nice, super cool and they even rushed the t-​shirts for her to get them before Christmas and before we moved 25 miles away the day before Christmas! So, we’re thankful for that.
However, they got the shirts wrong. It was just lettering and the design wasn’t correct. They should have been left aligned, but were instead centered. No a huge deal, but still incorrect. The statements themselves were also incorrect, but close enough where I still think their hilarious. She will be returning 1 shirt because it is crooked and pretty noticeable. At the bottom there’s a good 4 inches on one side and 7 on the other, it just looks too off. I understand it was rushed for us and they were cool, but c’mon, it takes 2 seconds to hold the shirt up to make sure you put the thing on straight.
I am a perfectionist when it comes to my own work and do not like making mistakes. I also inform customers of those mistakes. So I can’t give a good review just because they were nice and rushed it for us. The end product still wasn’t what was paid for.
And, if you must know, the first shirt said «Nice story babe now go get me a beer» It should have had a comma and a period. Again, not a big deal, but this is the crooked on. The second said, «Nice story babe now go get me a sandwich.» Again, should’ve had a comma and period and it should have said «make» me a sandwich. Minor details, but that’s what makes an OK business different than 5-​star great business. If they don’t correct it, we won’t be coming back. If they prove to be as awesome as other Unilocal reviewers say, I’ll be driving 20 miles for repeat business for shirts I need soon. I will update…

If there were TEN stars, I’d give atozthreads that rating!
I chose them to print Sacred Heart Academy’s (Ocean Beach) 2011 Jog-​a-​thon shirts and the shirts look great! The halftones look good and the thin lines printed well.
David is amazing to work with! I had a tight deadline and he came through for us. I am so pleased with David’s professionalism, communication, PATIENCE and his good nature!
I would not choose anyone else!

I had the fortune to find A to Z Threads while looking for a company to do t-​shirts for a family reunion.
I’ve worked with other printers, both online and in person, in the past. David made the overall experience well above the other companies. He was willing to answer any question I harassed him with and supply me with several estimates to cover the different ideas I had.
A to Z Threads has numerous different venders and methods of printing/​embroidery to cover any ideas you might have
I started getting info from him a month+ before the reunion and didn’t make the order until a week before leaving, but he was able to pump out the 25+ shirts with plenty of time to spare.
The t-​shirts were a big hit and only 2 of them had issues. Luckily we had extras and after letting David know, he said to bring them by and he’d replace him.
So to sum it all up:
A to Z Threads was fantastic. If you need a product or service that they offer, you won’t be disappointed. If you aren’t sure if they do what you’re looking for, give them a call or email to find out.
I might have saved 5−10% if I went with someone else or an online company. But I know that the customer service, quality of shirts and guaranty would not be there. The two shirts that he was willing to re-​do more than covered the added cost on the order. Where another company probably would have told me ‘tough shit’ about it.
