Business Owner
I have 29 years of restaurant experience. I recently left the restaurant industry to run a farm to school lunch tray program for our local public elementary school. On the weekends I have a gourmet wine country food cart that does gourmet hot dogs, healthy taco bar and much more! I buy local produce and mostly all organic. Everything is made from scratch. Hot dogs are all beef, no nitrates or hormones.
