The Aesthetic Laser & Vein Center offers specialized cosmetic procedures to improve one’s self image wiht the most innovative, minimally invasive techanologies available. The office was created to be warm and secure environment, that is comfortable for our patients.

Dr, Walter Tom, cosmetic surgeon offers varicose vein treatments, laser liposuction, breast augmentation, tummy tucks, faical fat grafting, Brazilian Butt Lift, and Mommy Makeovers. All of these procedures are performed under local anesthesia.

Dr. Tom and his highly trained laser nurse specialist team offer Botox and Dysport, Fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm, Laser Hair Removal, IPL Photofacial, Thermage skin tightening, Fraxel skin resurfacing, Blue light acne treatments, Anti-​cellulite treatments, microdermabrasion, aesthetician skin care, Zerona weight loss program with HCG.

All consultations are complementary. Computerized skin analsyis is offered as an additional complementary educational tool.

History

Established in 1999.

The Aesthetic Laser & Vein Center was created initially to answer the great need varicose and spider vein care. The technology allowed a maturation into laser skin care, Botox and fillers. Dr. Tom’s past history is that of a general, vascular, and kidney transplant surgeon, who is passionate about evolving technology. Because of Dr. Tom’s overall surgical experience he found a need to offer cosmetic surgery under local anesthesia. He now offers laser liposuction, breast augmentation, facial fat grafting, Brazilian Butt Lifts and Tummy Tucks. Dr. Tom who is a big proponent of patient education hosts a weekly radio show called Ask the Expert. Thankfully due to our wonderful growing patient base, the staff has grown to 13 members who are eager to help our patients. The team listens to our patients and because of recent concerns of weight gain, we now offer Zerona fat reduction in conjunction with Hcg. We will continue to research and offer the latest technology for our patients.

Business Owner

Dr. Walter Tom cosmetic surgeon, specializes in minimally invasive medical and surgeries. His background is that of over 20 years is that of a general, vascular and kidney transplant surgeon. His brings those skills and attention to detail to his cosmetic surgeries. Dr. Tom attended the University of Michigan, Wayne State Medical School and his surgical residency at William Beaumont Hospital. He completed a transplant surgey fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Tom is a proud member fot the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons and the National Society of Cosmetic Physicians. He created the Aesthetic Laser & Vein Center in Santa Rosa in 1999 and his second office in Napa in 2004. Dr. Tom’s interests include ice hockey, cooking, and travel. Dr. Tom and his family moved from his hometown of Detroit, MI to Santa Rosa in 1986.
