Established in 1998.
This team strives to raise the current standards of Indian cuisine in Sonoma County. Prices are about 25% less than the competition and décor and ambience and service are superior. Quality and standards are achieved through their personal devoted efforts and commitment. The menu combines home style Indian cooking tailored to local tastes. All spices are ground from scratch to ensure pureness and freshness. Several of the dishes are unique creations of this team. Our Chef’s secret Tikka Masala Sauce (to die for), Chicken Bahar, Mussels Curry, Rack of Lamb, Aloo Papdi Chaat recipes are Torch of India’s signature creations

Gajjan Singh is assisted in the kitchen by his talented wife Manjit. They personally cook all the food and reside in Santa Rosa. Gajjan Singh is the main partner and the head chef. Neil Advani handles the business and quality control. Harjit Singh is responsible for deliveries and procuring. Gajjan Singh has extensive cooking experience as head chef at Chutneys in Seattle. Chutneys has the reputation of being one of Seattle’s best restaurants. He is also a partner at the Torch of India in Vacaville which has gained the reputation being Solana County’s #1 restuarant.
