A graduate of Santa Rosa’s Cardinal Newman High School and Empire College School of Law, Leo has been a practicing member of the California State Bar since 1995. For more than sixteen years, he has geared his legal skills towards helping fellow North Bay residents from all walks of life to prepare for and navigate through times of transition and uncertainty in everyday living. This has primarily taken the form of legal study and professional practice in Elder Law, Senior Advocacy, Estate Planning, Disability Advocacy, Probate Law, Conservatorship/​Guardianship Issues, and Family Law.
