Storage Master Self Storage

We just completed 14 months using Storage Master on Dutton and I can highly recommend them. The facility is well-​managed, extremely clean and modern, and service is also provided with a friendly approach.

I’m not sure why people love this place so much. I’ve had 2 units here and both were broken into. There are bums that hang outside there «units» that scope out what your putting into your unit. I filed a police report and there cameras were mysteriously «under maintenance» both nights theft occurred. Avoid this place

AGAIN!!! Another rate increase!!! This happens atleast every 6 months. They claim the cost of doing busness has increased however they just added many more units to their location which means their monthly income greatly increased and they are still passing monthly increases along to long time customers.

It was a breeze to plan our storage needs when moving from L.A. thanks to Storage Master. They were super flexible on our arrival date, the rates are very competitive, and the staff is always professional and helpful.

They are quite simply one of the best around. From answering the phone to assigning a storage unit – they are professional, courteous, helpful and very enjoyable to interact with. The young men assisting are hard working, conscientious and assist customers readily. I find it to be a positive place to even visit – virtually stress-​free. How do they do it? :)

Top notch! I’ve had a storage unit here in the past and currently rent a mailbox and I am continually impressed with their professionalism, reasonable rates and very friendly staff.

New is not cheap.

We had a horrible experience with another facility and were pretty sour on storage in general. This operation is so different. We got exactly what we expected at the price we had been quoted. The facility is very secure and clean. The staff are fun. I can’t imagine it gets better than this. The rate we’re paying is fantastic.

I was pleased with the facility’s condition, security and staff. Robert was informative, professional and friendly. The promotion they had sealed the deal for us. Initiating the contract was straightforward and uncomplicated.

I am so glad I found this place when I needed storage. They had a great start up special $ at the time (and they were very clear about when regular pricing would kick in), and no cutting corners on security and safety and always had *knowledgeable* staff around to help me with little or no waiting. It’s great to find a well-​run business with helpful people.

We started renting here a couple weeks ago… I called and asked if they still had any on special available and the nice lady on the phone said they did and a new rental they would like us there 30mins before they close to go over everything — which makes sense.
When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly woman, we told her what size we wanted and she informed us we would all go look at it first to make sure it is the right size. She drove us on a golf cart over to the storage unit, super fun, and explained all the policies and rule and where every thing is and the hours… very informative. The unit is smaller one inside on of the buildings, we got lucky with it being on ground floor. Plenty of space and easy access. Clean.
There is loads of security here, cameras all over and you have to enter your codes to get in and to leave and each unit also has its own security/​alarm system. You do need to buy your own padlock, but they sell them there for a good price… cheaper than walmart for the lowest priced one. I liked that they don’t try to overcharge for the locks. There is also onsite managers that live above the office so you know someone is always around.
My man and I are very happy with this place, not 24hr access but we don’t need it so whatever, I would rather know my stuff is safe and not pay over $ 100/​mo for a small unit. I highly recommend this facility. Also, you can pay your bill online, which is super convenient.

Needed an inoperable vehicle temporarily stored and, given the holiday and weekend, was desperate. Patty (Regional Manager with her husband Ted) showed me a couple of options and I found what I needed. When the tow truck arrived, there was no way to get the vehicle off the truck and into the container. Patty and Ted made an exception and let me store anyway since it is only temporary and I was desperate. They were easy to work with, really nice, and helped out in a pinch. I couldn’t say enough about this place other than if you need a storage facility (which are often suspect) securely with people you can trust, this is the place to go!

the place is great! we came in was showed the unit i placed on hold with the online reservations and we were done. the staff was really nice and professional, they made sure to explain everything while we were signing our agreement, i appreciate people who take the time to explain the fine print. lucky for them i’ve rented a storage unit before so i already knew the fine print. the facility is clean and i enjoy knowing how secure they are w/​all their cameras. great place

Moved my offices and had to store some of the old furniture, file cabinets, etc. Found this place, again, through Unilocal reviews (thanks again, Unilocal!)
I can’t say enough good things about this place. They have on-​site managers that actually live on the property and are very aware of who’s coming and going. Added security measures include gates, locks, lots of cameras AND each unit is individually alarmed! When you come in (with your gate code) it disarms the alarm and when you leave with your gate code it arms it again.
The place as a whole and the units themselves are all very clean and they’ll even lend you a moving truck for your initial move– so long as it’s available during the hours you need it.
Location seems like it would be out of the way, but it’s actually very easy to find. Plus, it’s a very secure area– with lots of police around.
I know it can be a pain to get a storage unit, move, etc. but if you have to, I highly recommend this place.

I just rented a small storage space here. They were very nice and professional. The place has excellent security systems and is very clean and well run.

Getting storage sucks, it’s like temporarily moving. I’ve had a few storage closets before and the experience was always up there with going to the dentist.
That was the case until I found Storage Masters. They have great deals, the place is a really clean, well taken care of facility, lots of different options and price ranges, RV/​boat storage and great security measures to keep your stuff safe.
But the people are what set this place apart. Everyone I’ve dealt with was so friendly and professional.
Finally the topper is that when you move in you get to use (if it’s available) a huge moving truck complete with moving blankets, & two hand trucks!
I’ve never had a storage experience where I felt so good.
If you need to store something, this is the place to do it.
