Don’t do it. Don’t even think about it unless you want to be held hostage. I really don’t know how this guy can sleep at night. I’ve never come across the «policies» these people use in any other business in the industry. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Honestly these people don’t even deserve the credit of having 1 star. They are incredibility rude, combative, untrustworthy company. Brian n his staff really should take a lesson from A1 storage on how customer service really should be handled. I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS with these crooks again and STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DON’T EITHER.

I’m very upset I even had to give them a one star. They are conmen by taking people’s money and storage facilities but not allowing them to close them. I tried to close one for my elderly mother who is in the hospital and they refused to and less I gave them a signed notarized letter from a woman sick with cancer in the hospital. Once again do not go hear you’re better off throwing your stuff in the street and shooting yourself in the foot. Do not go here! Worst customer service I have ever had any business as long as I’ve lived.

I’ve opened a storage unit for the first time in my life. I needed to be somewhere convenient and affordable. Stor-​N-​Loc is the perfect place for me.
Brian and his team have been great as far as helping me and they are very friendly. I’m very happy with this place and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Out of the many storage places to pic from, I am glad I found this one. I needed a lot of space & shopped around for prices. Best price by far for a 10×30. Went down to Check it out and found it very well kept & clean. Brian help’d me through the paperwork witch was a snap, showed me around & that was it. I have now been doing business with these guys for two years & recommended them to other family members who are also now happy with there service. I recently went in to pay my monthly bill & on the way out of office Brian wished me a Merry Xmas & asked how my brother was doing (by name) since my brother now sends his payment in & has not been in office for a while. I really feel like I have friends at Store n Loc & will highly recommend. I will continue doing business with them for all my storage needs.

It’s NOT worth the price!!! Don’t be fooled like I was!!! This nightmare encounter motivated me to sign up for Unilocal and warn others…
Brian is manager there, yet the few encounters I have had with him have left me violated to say the least. I JUST got this storage a month ago and today was a NIGHTMARE when I went into the office to sign up for a «required» Credit Card authorization form in order to pay my monthly bill with a credit card over the phone… really??? I had to make a special trip just to pay my bill…
Ironically when I walked in Brian was on the phone entering into thecomputer someone’s credit card information for a payment to their account. How convenient for them… hmmm…
In any case, when I simply asked why I wasnt provided with the form when I rented the unit so I didn’t have to make a special trip to pay my bill, Brian became IRATE and began insulting me, asking me if I was HIGH (3x)…, slamming his hand down on the desk, not letting me speak… Really, it was such INSANITY that I couldn’t believe I was actually giving this person MY MONEY AND TRUSTING HIM WITH MY PROPERTY!!!
Brian was combative and had no interest in having a calm, adult, BUSINESS-​LIKE conversation… It was surreal… When I picked up my credit card AND ID (he required it again) it touched his hand and he yelled. «DID YOU JUST HIT ME?». I’ll spare you all the details since I can hardly believe it myself…
MY GOD, Save yourself the trouble… You get what you pay for…
Obviously I’m looking for a more secure, professionally staffed facility for my money. And that’s IF my stuff’s still secure when I return… :(
