I needed five yards of Organic Soil to fill some new raised beds that I have been putting in to augment my vegetable garden. I called around for various prices and delivery charges, and while the price per cubic yard was about the same, Sequoia had a much better delivery price than anyone else. Not only that, but I was expecting to wait several days for the delivery and they asked if I wanted it delivered THAT DAY!
Super nice on the phone, and very proud of their products. The young woman I spoke with on the phone assured me that I would love the soil, and so did the gentleman delivering the load. Certainly it looks fabulous, black, fluffy and with a clean, fresh smell. You can detect the odors of healthy compost and manure as well as that fresh turned dirt smell. It’s got a good feel, too. I’m looking forward to using this.

This company is amazing! We had a DIY patio project in which the original place we ordered materials from was a dud (underestimated the amount we would need of sand a base rock, errr). I called Seqoia and the woman was super helpful with options for getting the sand to my location. I don’t have a truck so we talked bagged products, she did the math and cost saving for delivery vs bags. We ended up going with delivery since we needed 1.5 yrds which they brought out to our house with a pickup truck with tilt. Sand was dumpped right at the work site, driver was super nice and on time. Awesome all around experience! Thanks!

I have used Sequoia a few times over the past few years, and they have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my «beginner» questions. I wasn’t sure what rock I wanted to use for my path or if it would work over some of the existing rock that I had. They offered a full bag of rock for me to take home at no charge. I took it home, tested it, then was able to make an educated decision. There prices appear to be less expensive than some of the other companies out there and their delivery prices are more than reasonable. They also offered to let me borrow a roller since I made a purchase from them… excellent customer service and that is exactly why they have a loyal following. Very happy that they are in the neighborhood.
