Rick Bolduc Designer Draftsman

Hired Rick Bolduc to draft an addition to my house. The work instructions were very clear. When he completed the job, there were numerous errors. He will charge you for time to correct his mistakes and hold the drawings hostage if you dispute the fairness of the charge. His billing practices are shady, and his competency questionable. Would not use Rick Bolduc Designer Draftsman for any future work. Weak skills, lousy customer service, and unethical billing practices, an easy pass.

I hired Mr. Bolduc to complete the drafting required for a small addition on my home. His work product was what I asked for but working with him was very much a challenge.
Rather than go on for paragraphs about the incredibly frustrating service level that Mr. Bolduc provided I will give an indicator of his service level. His contract has an out clause for him if the «working relationship becomes unfriendly». I’m sure he references that clause quite often.
Mr. Bolduc took longer than contracted, charged more than estimated, refused to discuss his odd billing in any capacity, and threatened to hold the plans hostage. The only appointment he wasn’t late for was our meeting for him to pick up his final check..
