Pump It Up

Anna and Laura are great! My boyfriends 2 year old always loved coming here! It’s always so clean with an amazing staff that always has energy! Not only is the open jump fun but the birthday parties are awesome! I threw my god sons 1^st birthday here and the staff took care of setting everything up, serving all the food, and even cleaned everything up after! Totally worth the price!

It was $ 7 for an hour of inflatable excursioning, which was more than enough time. I wasn’t sure how our little dude would take to it but after about 10 minutes of convincing him that we weren’t going to disappear, we spent the rest of the time trying to keep track of him.
Halfway through, the shades go down and it gets all disco-​ey and blacklighty but it doesn’t seem to faze the kids. They’re too busy sliding, climbing, bouncing, and laughing — and for some reason, it’s fun to watch.
At the end of the session, the shades go up and the house lights turn on. A gentle voice thanks you for the visit and asks you to kindly leave.
Our sweaty-​headed offspring was not very happy to leave but eventually obliged.
If you feel like being a cool adult to someone who can excitedly jump and climb on things for an hour, this is your place.

I’m a single dad and I love to bring my 4 year old daughter here. The attendant Addy is amazing and always wants to play. My daughter started saying she wants to go to «jump it up to see my friend Addy».

Took my daughter here to meet up with a friend and her kids. Being pregnant, I couldn’t really get on anything and bounce around and I grew tired of chasing my eight year old everywhere. There is not a lot of seating and the benches that are there aren’t close or visible to the door.
I would have like to have sat quietly by the door where I could have seen my kid play (just I case she slipped my eye I would have felt safer being near the only exit). This would have kept me here longer and would have made me return a second time. Instead I walked all around the room calling her name the whole time making sure I could still see her.
The room is a bit cramped for how many blow ups they have stuffed in one area. It was interesting to me that the only person working was located in another room and that there wasn’t anyone watching 30+ children go crazy on giant blow ups (yes the parents were there but I figured for insurance purposes there would be one employee saying «no don’t jump from that to that» since parents rarely watch their own children anyways).
All in all, my daughter had a blast and was out of energy by the time we left. So it’s a great place to bring the kids when you want them to nap off the rest of the day after a good time especially when it’s raining.

During the Valley Fire, my daughter and her children were evacuated, from their home. To help pass time, have lots of fun, and lift spirits, our grandchildren visited Santa Rosa’s Pump It Up with their auntie & mom. As well, I was able to take three of my grandsons for a visit! The ladies at the desk and in the jumpy room were so sweet and thoughtful! One struck up a conversation with me, and I explained why we were visiting. She excused herself, and then came back with our entrance fee, insisting we would not have to pay, as the owner wanted help brighten the day for Valley Fire evacuees. I was so pleased and grateful for the gesture and thought! We certainly will be back again for a fun time! Thank YOU!

Excellent fun for the kids! Staff is very friendly. Place is always busy but not overwhelming. You can rent the whole place out for a party. Great to get the kids energy out after school!

We decided that we were going to take our six-​year-​old boy to pump it up for his birthday party this year. He had been to multiple parties in the past of his close friends who had parties there and was really looking forward to finally having a party of his own at this location. The girls working there were very pleasant and everything seemed fine and to be going smoothly. We got to the room where the kids had cake and ice cream and my son got to sit in the Kings chair and was waiting for his crown, like all his friends in the past had received, but he never got one. On the way out we asked about the pictures and purchase them so that we could have these memories captured for years to come. As I got in the car my son asked me why he didn’t get the crown that all his friends had gotten in the past. Then when I went online to look at my pictures I noticed that they only took very few of them and not one of them was of my son. They took multiple pictures of my nephew so I would assume they didn’t take the time to really find out who the birthday boy was. When I called I spoke with Anna who was very sweet and offered to refund me the money for the pictures. I asked her about the crown and she told me that corporate was out of them. I asked her why they did not let me know this when I reserved the party online. We paid a lot for this party and I ended up with a little boy who was extremely upset that he had no pictures to look back at of him on his birthday. On top of this he did not get the crown to bring home and show his grandpa and the other relatives that were unable to make it. My son waited for this day months in advance and was completely let down. Anna told me that her boss, Brian, would be calling me after 5 o’clock to talk to me and yet I never received a phone call. I emailed Anna to let her know this and the next day she called me and inform me that he was in meetings. Clearly Brian does not care about a child’s feelings being hurt on their special day. Nor does he care about having return customers. We paid for the party package for up to 25 kids and only about 10 of them showed. Pump it up made quite a bit of money off of us and yet we got nothing in return except for a measly $ 15 refund for the photos. I honestly feel that if they cared at all $ 15 would not be enough. To Brian at pump it up this maybe just photos, but to me this was an experience and memories that I cannot get back.
I would not recommend going to this facility. There are plenty of other places opening up everywhere locally where children can do fun and exciting things for their birthdays and hopefully get better customer service. Anna also informed me that this had happened to another person and that they were going to talk with the girl taking the pictures. That’s great and all but how does that make things better for my son who is still so very upset and disappointed. As a mother this makes me very angry. Even if Brian was in meetings when he was supposed to call me, the least you could do would be call me the next day. I will not be returning. I think Brian and the people at pump it up in Santa Rosa need to realize that one bad experience like this can cause a huge loss of business. Everyone my son is friends with, their families will know about this experience and will choose either to go to a different pump it up or to a completely different venue.

Me and my daughter are regulars here because of the amazing staff and cheap fun. They are always playing with the kids and constantly keeping an eye open for all of them. The manager is awesome and so is a few of her employees. Sometimes it gets a Lil crazy but we are talking about kids running and jumping off of things for fun

We just had our 4 yr old songs birthday party here. He had an amazing time. Anna and Meagan were fantastic and helpful, they took fun photos and made the craziness that is hosting a birthday party a breeze! I would recommend this place to any parent that wants to relax and enjoy their kids birthday. They have weeknight party specials that are affordable and fun. We take our son to pop in play all the time. It’s great fun for him and I even get a work out running around after him!

Enjoy taking my children here to let them run around and play. If you have younger kids I’d recommend not going during spring or winter break. My almost 3 year old gets easily intimidated by the older kids and then tend to be more rough in the jump house. I’ve looked at pricing for parties and it seems a bit much for a few kids to jump around for 90 minutes. I understand you get the place to yourself but still!
Update: The employees working today were amazing! The attendant working in the play area was great! She got involved and helped kids who were a little timid to jump by themselves. She even pulled out a toy car for my niece who didn’t want to go on any of the jumpies. (Other times we’ve gone the attendants would stand around looking bored or trying to sneak a peek at their phones) They even gave me a pass for all three kids I paid for because my niece didn’t want to participate. Definitely was not expecting it, but was very much appreciated.

Very fun place for kids. Took my nephews here and they had a blast. The customer service was great. The parking was spacious. The only complaint was that it was super busy so there were so many kids running around. The kids loved it when they turned off the lights and had the laser lights on… pretty awesome. They also had s cool machine that the kids can go into and then they have fast air blow into it so it seems like there is a windy storm. But if you want to go in there you need two dollars. The jumpies looked fun and it’s a great place to take the kids to. Well younger aged kids.

Excellent place for a birthday party! After I had to find a new location for my sons fourth birthday party last minute, due to weather, I called Pump It Up. Not only did they squeeze me in, but their customer service was great. All of the women who work here genuinely enjoy their jobs and it shows. The kids had a fantastic time and the staff did all the work for me, even writing a list of who gave what presents and then taking them all to my car. Plus the pizza came from Round Table and was delicious. I’m never having a party anywhere else again!

We LOVE Pump it Up in SR!!! My son Payton is 2 and has a blast every time he goes. The manager, Anna, is friendly, welcoming and makes you feel genuinely happy to be there. All of the staff are kind and love their jobs, which says a lot! Also, the facility is clean and well kept. Santa Rosa Pump it up Rocks!!!

The girls that work here are super sweet. So nice and kind to the kids too. Good job!

I’ve always found the play area to be clean & fresh– not stuffy like some other places I’ve been to.

Just had my sons 4^th birthday here. Every kid had a blast. Ive heard from parents that they’ve already asked to go back. I want to specifically name Anna who set up the party and followed my requests to the letter as well as our two helpers Jordyn and Corissa who made sure pictures were taken, the kids were safe, the decorations set up and they even took all of our presents and leftovers to the car. Great Job girls and thank you for a really great day!

We always have a good time here, whether its for a birthday party or pop in playtime. I even like to run around with my son and get a workout. I’m glad they replaced the old arena in the corner with a newer (and safer) jousting ring.

I have been going to Pump It Up Since I was a teen and after they changed owners about 1 and a half to 2 years ago everything went downhill. There is insulation exposure, the staff is almost never in with the kids, when the staff is there they are rude, I pointed out that the kids were breathing in insulation that was falling down and nothing was done. Pump It Up in Santa Rosa has become an unsafe place for kids. I refuse to go back with my son.

I bought a Groupon to visit this place. Clearly the Groupon was designed to draw people in so you can see what the place is all about.
They had 4 different inflatable playgrounds, each a bit different. My 3 ½ year old daughter found the whole experience a little overwhelming until we went with her through the obstacle course and up and down the slide. Aftewards she had a blast. The place seemed clean and there was always a staff member present to ensure the older children do not get out of hand playing near the younger children.
This is a great place to do a drop in and let the children burn off a bit of energy.
I get to visit a few more times with the pass that I purchased and we will do that! The parties seem a little expensive but from the reviews found here it sounds like they are well staffed and take care of a lot for you which is always a big help.
