WATCH OUT! $ 640 for a small 3 bedroom apt… no stains… no special treatment. They were 2.5 h late and came out with a cleaning price that is 10 times more expensive than what they gave over the phone and guaranty in their coupon.

What a great experience! Jason and Heather were so easy to work with and the results of my cleaning were excellent. I was surprised that Jason was open to traveling to Southern Marin, but he never said anything negative about the long haul. My area rugs and carpet look brand new. He spent hours working on my couch and got every baby stain out of it. I also had him clean and seal the marble in my bathroom/​shower and I am very pleased with the results. His prices are very fair and I will definitely have him back in a few years. You will not be disappointed!

i have never had a sofa cleaned the way jason did it. He brought my light sofa back from the dead. I was set to give it a proper burial. He was enthusiastic, professional and freaking TENACIOUS!!! he stuck with it until it was good as new. he even said he would come back at no charge if it wasn’t to my satisfaction.

I asked a neighbor in the Sr. Mobile Home Park where I live (and whom I trust) for a carpet cleaner in the area (as I am fairly new to Santa Rosa), and was given Jason’s company’s name from one of our highly respected residents. So, I called Jason this past Sunday & got a prompt return call on Monday afternoon. I explained I was in the midst of «Sonoma County Allergy-​Hell» and he said he would suggest I had everything cleaned ASAP — we set up for 2 days later, and he was very prompt, calling to explain a ½ hour delay, and was on time with that.
I haven’t had carpets cleaned in many years,* nor had I ever had to have a sectional sofa cleaned, nor had I ever done the Allergen-​Treatment — so, understandably, I was astounded by the price, at first. Yet, since I had already cleared out my house & had Jason arrive mid-​day, of course I was going to have him do the work. *(I used to flip houses, so always just put in all new flooring in the past 3 or 4 homes — last time I had carpets cleaned –in a different location– was in 2003.)
I am happy to report that Jason is very personable, and highly motivated to make his customers happy. I felt very comfortable leaving him to do his work while I went to dinner about 3 hours into his work-​day, while my cat was closed in the front bathroom. And all was fine when I came home. Jason worked for about 2 ½ hours on my micro-​fibre sectional sofa, and I await until the morning to see how that turns out.
I can tell you that I already am ALLERGY-​FREE — no more drippy nose, no coughing, I am delighted! I was going to wait until after a trip away to have them cleaned, but am so glad I decided to have him do this right away & not wait. I had just returned from a week away from home & had caught another cold or allergy attack within 48 hour of returning from that trip (I also have a 4yr old long-​haired cat) and was sick for a solid 4 ½ days. I did not want a repeat of that! I have been sick 5 times in the past 14 months (for anywhere from 4days to 3 wks each time), so am hoping I can write a repeat review a year from now to say that this has done the trick!
