History

Established in 2003.

Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling was founded in 1968 by Paul Davis who created the first insurance industry property damage contractor network.

Our office is a franchise office located in Petaluma to better serve our North Bay Area customers. Our office services Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Mendocino, and San Francisco Counties.

Paul Davis Restoration nationally is currently a preferred provider for the Chubb, Safeco, and Liberty Mutual Insurance Companies.

Our office also works with all other insurance companies — Farmers, State Farm, Allstate, etc.

Because of our length of time in the business, our high level of expertise, and our fast response, we are highly regarded in our area as experts in Property Damage Mitigation and Property Restoration.

Business Owner

Mr. Osborn’s career represents strong experience in building construction knowledge, the causes and repair of moisture intrusion problems, and managing many varied mitigation and remediation emergencies, as well as reconstruction projects.

He has personally estimated over $ 25 million dollars worth of property damage of residential and commercial properties.

He is also highly trained in the field of water loss mitigation and structural drying techniques for residential and commercial buildings. In addition, Mr. Osborn is an ACAC Council-​certified Microbial Remediator Supervisor (CMRS), and has been involved with many remediation projects concerning structural and contents remediation.

Recently, Mr. Osborn was certified as a Bio-​Recovery technician through the American Bio-​Recovery Association. Mr. Osborn’s many certifications and years of experience qualifies him to investigate, monitor, develop protocols, and supervise mitigation for all emergencies.
