He truly is the best! I’ve been to many dentists. His ethics truly show though his practice and impeccable work. He showed me how a dentist should truly be towards their patients. Kind and caring about their patients health. All my other dentists were greedy liars. I saw another dentist closer to where I live claiming holistic. I had just seen Dr. Oloph and he replaced three old fillings for me. This other dentist told me I had all kinds of cavities and needed serious work, made me get another set of x rays because he said Olophs were terrible. When I just had them done there Oloph has state of the art x ray technology and the best clearest x rays I’ve ever seen. The machine literally rotated around my head to get the x-​ray it was awesome. The closer dentist x ray machine was a rickety old piece of crap and the x rays were dark. He compared them side by side and actually had the audacity to say see how terrible those are. When his were the terrible ones. He just wanted an x ray charge of 150. Then he told me I need four new fillings and a new cap. He said see its black under there pointing to the cap on the x– Ray. He must have thought I was stupid and didn’t know there was metal under a cap and would obviously show up dark in an x ray. So I knew he was lying and I called Dr. Granath he said he saw no other decay and I didn’t need a new cap. I finished getting my teeth cleaned there and never went back. Now I will only trust Dr. Oloph since then I’ve had no trouble with my teeth I even still have the same cap. Dr Oloph was very gentle and kind. He is actually a dentist I want to see again.

I seriously don’t like dentists! I mean, when some stranger gets his fingers in yr mouth, how good does THAT feel? But Oloph Granath may make me change my mind… A 15 year old crown of mine (done by a diff dentist) fell out and I was given an «emergency» app’t quite quickly, even tho I was not a regular patient. The doc was kind, thorough and even asked as he stood to leave, «Have I answered all yr questions?» One week later he re-​glued my crown, lasered my gums to make it fit better… and called me the night after the ½hr procedure to see how I was doing! My husband actually thot it was a crank call — cuz who provides that kind of customer service and caring? Amazing! staff was great, office is excellent. I’m going back for a cleaning and may even let Oloph take out my remaining amalgams … Maybe there’s hope for me and dentists after all!

Best dentist ever! Great office staff and wonderful hygienists too. I highly recommend holistic, biological dentistry.

I go to Dr. Granath because he is a very good biological dentist which is the only type of dentist to go to if you care about your health. He is a very kind man who has done very good work on my teeth — even another dentist commented on his great work. (I went to another dentist for teeth cleaning because it was covered under my insurance and I’m watching my $‘s).
His staff are all very courteous and organized. I enjoy my visits there.
The only comment I would make is that Dr. Granath hasn’t ever said anything to me about remineralizing my teeth which surprisingly all mainstream dentists and most biological dentists never educate people about which leads me to believe they themselves aren’t educated about it — one would think at least biological dentists would be. Remineralization of teeth is essential to long term health both for your teeth/​mouth/​gums and your body. I won’t go into it here except to say that almost everyone has an acidic body if their diet includes animal products and grains. Acidity breaks down teeth enamel and this leads to decay and enamel loss over time which is why as one gets older their teeth are bad and look bad. Google these topics for more info — it’s really worth it to educate yourself on these subjects.

Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Granath for several years now. We love everything about the practice. It seems to me that over the years the amount of time a patient usually gets to spend with the actual dentist has become less and less. But Dr. Granath is really hands on, spending a good amount of time, doing most of the appointment himself. He is patient, kind and present — and that makes it so much more comfortable. The office is beautiful, and the staff is really friendly. We refer everyone we know who is looking for a dentist to Dr. Granath — and we feel really good about it.

Dentists don’t usually impress me and I’ve been very scared of going to the dentist since I was a child. I’m starting to get over that now that I go to Granath. I like their green building and green/​alternative styles. They don’t require you go get x-​rays as much as other dentists because they have an updated x-​ray machine that is supposed to be less radiation. :) The whole staff is so friendly! Definitely recommend!

Terrible. Screwed up my tooth — twice! Made me pay for his mistake. 3 weeks later it’s screwed again. Dentist who finally fixed it said it was some of the sloppiest work he’s ever seen. Use your own pliers before going to this schmuck.
Update: he did fix a friend of mine’s tooth pretty good. My wife and kids go there. But I ain’t going back.
