The copy and print center used to be so good. They knew what they were doing. Johanna has no customer service.

As big box stores go… you get what your probably expecting. Not great service but adequate I suppose. I prefer O Depot over Staples and this store is convenient to my work location. So if you need paper or toner or just a new pencil, well this is a place where that can be acjieved.

Don’t go to office Depot on Santa Rosa Avenue, turn around, go back to your car and go elsewhere IF you don’t wish to wait for 15 minutes to get some help and advice on a product to buy. I asked for the Manager as the staff inside the store were busy stocking shelves — Oh the Manager is in a meeting. I informed them, whoever bothered to listen, that they just lost a customer and a sale, which didn’t seem to bother them! Adiós OD!

I am moving across the country, and shipping all of my stuff. I went to Office Depot, because they are open on Sundays. Margarita (I’m not sure if I got her name totally right) was LOVELY and super helpful. I was really happy, and so glad I had discovered this way of shipping stuff.
I went back with TONS of boxes to ship a week later or so. She was not working, and the two women working in the shipping area were extremely confused about how shipping works, and didn’t understand how to operate the program on their computers. After hauling 20 boxes in there, I had to haul all 20 boxes back out to the truck to take elsewhere. Unfortunately, when I was done wasting my time at Office Depot, all the UPS stores were closed, so I had to then haul all 20 boxes back into the house. What a nightmare. The women were exceedingly rude, and had no business working in the shipping area. I will never go back.

This store is a wreck! It’s ALWAYS under staffed! Trying to call is a joke IF they Anwser you will be on hold for who knows how long! I ordered online for store pick up today, my order was ready (according to email at 7am) came in at 1:15 and I’m still standing here waiting. I will not ship here anymore! I’ve tried giving this store plenty of chances! They just can’t get it together! I’ll gladly drive across town for staples going forward…

This Office Depot always has help wanted signs at the entrance asking for friendly people yet the people they hire are anything but friendly. I was in the store over the weekend and RUTH must’ve been one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She was clearly stressed and kept giving a loud sigh of relief during checkout showing mass frustration. She seemed like she just hated her job. Then i needed to find something in the store and the person trying to help me had no idea where they were nor the second person who tried to help. I ended up finding it by myself. Won’t be going back to this location again.

I went to Office Depot 12÷15÷14 to get a desk chair. A worker came by to help me find some around $ 100. When I was close to making a decision he said «feel free to look around,» announcing he was leaving me. I guess he had enough of me. Finish the sale, man. The chair I picked has worked out well though. It was marked $ 80 off of the $ 179.99 price tag.

Wow… I had three employees offering help upon entering to purchase a few items. I’ve never had customer service like that. Sometimes I can wander aimlessly in (fill-​in-​the blank-​with-​national-​chain-​name) office supply stores and feel like I’m being a bother if I ask a question.
This Office Depot store gets you what you need to get you on your way. Perfect for busy people running a business.

Office Depot has lost a long time customer.

I’ve been robbed — literally.
Family purchased a new HP computer just about a year ago. It started having problems and so we took it to an independent technician. It turns out the «new» computer had used/​refurbished parts.
Fast forward to my conversation with the Store Manager — Raul. Not their problem — they just sell the products. I «should» have returned it during the 14 day return policy if the product wasn’t satisfactory.
He did admit Office Depot has sold new products with used parts in the past but said it’s not their responsibility to guarantee the product is new. I should take it up with the manufacturer.
Lesson learned — you don’t stand behind yor products and don’t give a rip about your customers.
If this were a person selling used equipment as new they would go to jail — with Office Depot it’s business-​as-​usual.

I purchased an office chair, leather covered, fairly heavy in weight. Very sturdy looking and comfortable to sit in. It lasted about 3 months of use. The metal underneath where the hydraulic post sits into from the 5 wheeled base just tore out. The metal is far to thin. This was not tested by the manufacture, not tested by Office Depot … but is tested by the customers with your money. They get paid, and you get shafted. Do not buy office furniture here, big rip off.
Paper, ink, post it notes et cetera from American manufacture. not a problem.

Every time I walk into this Office Depot I am greeted and smiled at. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. I am regularly checked on to make sure I’m finding everything okay, but not bombarded at all! Every associate I’ve come in contact with so far seems happy to be there and happy to help! It is an office DEPOT so it does have a little bit of a frigid warehouse feel which comes with the territory, but one thing I don’t particularly like are the floors. They look worn out and uneven, but that is only an aesthetic imperfection. Above that, the customer service is very welcoming!

I went to this Office Depot to get some pictures enlarged. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff was very helpful and finished the job. Since my USB cord didn’t work with their computer, they even let me use their computer to find the pictures I needed online. I’ll definitely go back if I’m ever in town again and need to get pictures enlarged.
Office Depot also has a rewards program for teachers.

You actually had what I needed which is a miracle but you get one star and an EPIC FAIL for having a store that smelled like someone took a shit in one of the aisles! And for the lameass cashier that asked me 5 times if I wanted to buy stamps! If I said no the first time, why in the hell would you ask me another 4 times?

Excellent and thorough customer service! A gentlemen named Zach am a lady with brown curly hair and glasses in the copying department helped me. (No name tag)!! She knew her dept. Well and Zach was very efficient and picked up quick on mailing my legal documents for a great price! They communicated via headset with questions they were unsure of to give me the most accurate information! I will be using them again to mail anything! I love how you get a tracking number on the reciept as well!

I’ve never really had a bad experience here and they always have what I need. This is great place to get your supplies… and if you’re a rewards member you get money back on all your purchases. Office Depot and I have a great arrangement, I buy from them and they give me money back :)

I am a frequent visitor to the Office Depot. And, I just need to say that they are doing a great job with customer service. With as many products as they carry, I don’t expect everyone who works there to know when a particular item that I need is going to come in, but they always double check for me.
I am holding back the 5^th star because it is a pain to retrieve your «rewards». I wish they were just available when you buy something. I don’t always remember to go to their website, down load the rewards, print it out and take it with me.

I got a label maker as a part of my Christmas gift. I didn’t open it until 32 days later and it was broken. Even though, it was past the date, I was able to exchange it for a better one that was on sale. I even got the difference back in cash! I got good service my the store manager and would definitely return.

The store layout is terrible. While they offer store signage to help you, it doesn’t do its job, properly. Dr Jekyll must have arranged this store and just in time for Halloween.
The other day we spent about fifteen minutes trying to locate three items. Post it’s, paper clips and pens. Fifteen minutes not because we found innovative products to look at or sale items to consider to purchase, fifteen minutes because that’s the time we took to encircle the whole store trying to find what we needed. I mean, it wasn’t like we needed the exercise but that is good info for the mall walkers. Come and get your walk on in here, where it’s hard to find your shopping needs. Mall walkers could do the job of store associates. Since I could’ve used the direction of a store associate. Either any of the two managers we walked past without an entry greeting or the two store associates we found stocking shelves at the spot where our items were located. If management sees this; brother was telling me this store layout is why he buys all his office needs at Costco. Easier to find it at a big ass warehouse, as if the local Costco needs any more reason to be busier. My (old) local Office Depot is not laid out the same, I like this company and have shopped frequently at other locations.
The person that has the job of store planner needs to be smacked. A smaller space would do them good.

My first time walking into the store and coming in contact with an employee who actually KNEW that they sold office supplies there, and where they might be.
Seriously — I’ve had some experience with people in Office stores that are about as smart as a stapler.
but — for being an office supply store — they have one kind of erasable ink pen. That I find is kinda lame — maybe only papermate makes them, if thats the case, I guess I have bigger problems.
