Business Owner

Michelle and David Keip, owners of Movement Oasis and founders of Wellspring Aikido, met each other in the early 80’s while training in Aikido. Their first date was to go dancing after an Aikido class. Now they have their own vibrant community center for dance, Aikido and other forms of body-​mind wellness.

Michelle and David both have advance degree Black Belts in Aikido and have developed Heart of Courage, a class which offers the transformative power of Aikido without the physical challenges. Michelle is a public health nurse who believes that creative movement is a key to radiant health.
