I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my blood drawn. I really appreciate their expertise and efficiency.

This office has capable people drawing blood, problem is they don’t communicate. Had blood drawn, with results to go to UCSF. Annadel Med group got all the labs ordered, and I was not informed for over 10 days of the results, as I had to call everywhere to find out what happened and where they were.; These are weekly labs for the last 10 weeks, due to illness. You would think they could get it right when your in there all the time. The phone people are so unprofessional. The staff is willy nilly. I need to find a different lab for sure. This is the office on Sonoma Ave.

In and out in 15 minutes: now that’s a good lab. There appeared to be only one employee this day. She entered my information in the computer and then followed me to the back for the blood draw. Painless!
If a flood of customers showed up, then there would definitely be a problem. Four stars for me arriving on a lucky day!

Took my grandmother here and the receptionist was talking to her friend on the phone, didn’t even greet us, then continue to answer her cell and talk about how her friend is in in jail. Who answers their cell phone with a room full of patients. Pretty unimpressed with the professionalism here!

I hate needles, I am in pain and I am pregnant, great combination. Debbie made me feel like it was nothing! She did it quickly and kept me calm at a time that was nearly impossible.

They are always super nice and efficient. I admit being something of a baby with needles– and their people are so good, I never mind getting blood drawn there.
