The Fox was good for maybe a minute. Okay, half a minute.
I was glad that they went under; their hosts were horrible and their music, well, Zoidberg from Futurama sums it up best:
Good god, they couldn’t go a day without playing AC/​DC, Metallica, Rush, or Aerosmith.
This is the station which was played in all the auto-​mechanic shops where the ex-​cons were sucking on exhaust pipes.
Good riddance Fox, you won’t ever be missed and you are dead and gone forever.

I absolutely loved this station. I really enjoyed having the chance to listen to heavy metal all day on the radio. I came here from Los Angeles and hadn’t had a heavy metal station to listen to since KNAC went off the air on February 15, 1995. Obviously, the other listeners posting here don’t understand what’s been lost. What I regret most of all is losing the opportunity to be exposed to all of the newer heavy metal bands like Buckcherry, Halestorm, Trapt, Avenged Sevenfold, Papa Roach, and In This Moment.
