Journey’s End MHP is managed well. It is up to owners to maintain their units.
Rent is reasonable and the maintenance is well controlled.

Journey’s End is a rent-​controlled, senior citizen mobile home park. One resident needs to be 55 years or older.
Good points: quiet, well-​maintained. Usual run of social activities. Pool in season. Rec room. Near Kaiser medical center. Responsive management.
Bad points: water with sulfur smell. Older facility and many of the units are pretty shabby and run down. Terrible speed bumps — they are so poorly designed that at 3 mph a low-​slung car may bottom out. Thieving residents who raid other resident’s lemon trees and strawberry patches.
