I have found being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to be both satisfying and rewarding. I have been supporting and helping children, adults and families for over 12 years.

I Specialize In:

~Adjustment to life changes (divorce, grief and loss and blended family challenges)

~Anxiety and Depression for children as well as adults

~ Tramua related issues. Specialized training in the use of EMDR

~ Mediation and Child Specialist for Families in the process of Divorce. The goal here being able to guide and support the divorce process that focuses on developing a family structure that is in the best interest of the child/​children.

~ Child/​Infant Psychotherapy

~ Play and Art Therapy for children ages 2 – 18

Business Owner

I am a Licensed Marraige and Family Therapist with over 12 years experience with Children, Adults and Families. I received a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Sacramento in 2000. I have completed advanced training and certification in areas such as: EMDR, play/​art therapy, child/​infant-​parent psychotherapy.

Certification as a Mediator and Child Specialist (Interviewing Children During the Divorce Process). My approach draws from my clinical training in Psychology, Child Development and Family Systems. I am an active member in CAMFT, the former Director of Counseling Services at a Women’s Health Center. I am currently accepting new clients in my private practice located in central Santa Rosa, California.
