Established in 1974.

Dr. Greg Mlynarczyk offers preventive, restorative, cosmetic and family dentistry in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County and the North Bay. A priority is mutual trust, patient comfort, a gentle touch and lots of humor.

Dr. Sheena Phan joined the dental office in July of 2012 as an associate dentist, sharing many of the same values. We now are open 5 days a week with alternate hours to accomodate your schedule.

Originally from Las Vegas, I left the desert, receiving a great undergraduate education at the University of Oregon with a major in biology, and a particular interest in research. At the University of Southern California School of Dentistry from which I graduated, Gordon Christensen, Rex Ingraham and other faculty of international excellence were great inspiration to always continue to learn. Avishi Sadan, DMD, is the dean of the dental school with specialties in implants and prosthodontics. USC continues its leadership role in community oral health care and excellent clinical skills. Our dental team frequently takes classes at the state dental conventions, through our local dental society & hygiene association, at the ADA conventions, and when possible, we also attend dental school & Dentrix seminars.
