Dr. Dean is consistently on time, extremely compassionate, an excellent listener and open to my feelings on how we should treat my disease. He is also extremely responsive to my emails, either personally answering them or asking his nurse to call with more detailed instructions. What you don’t get from Dr. Dean is a cold, clinical approach to healthcare. His staff are all equally caring. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
