In our office we take a comprehensive approach to the patient’s condition. I feel that the pain relief that the patients come to me for is just the beginning. Generally I end up knowing my patients very well. We analyze patterns of muscle imbalance and correct these through deep tissue muscle work. We look contractures of the musculature, and work to eliminate the abnormal functional patterns caused when overworked and imbalanced muscles create adhesive scar tissues. Most often found in the lumbar area, but these can be present in any area that has been subject to injury, stress from poor posture, or especially from long hours of sitting. It has been found that the long hours that most people now sit for work are causing a huge increase of epidemic proportions in the evidence of early degenerative changes in the lumbar discs. My job is to identify this type of problem, and depending on whether we have reached the patient in time, either control the further advancement of the degenerative process, or in some cases, reverse it.

Established in 1988.
Dr. Kyle Yoder has been in business since 1988. He moved his practice back to Windsor in Sonoma County in 2009, and the practice thrived. He moved to his current location on Sonoma Ave. in Santa Rosa in 2014 to be closer to the majority of his patients.
Before moving back home to Sonoma County Dr. Yoder was the Director at a large multidisciplinary practise in charge of coordinating the treatment of patients by the Medical Doctors, the Acupuncturists, and the staff Chiropractors.

My goal is to reach out to Sonoma County and to make sure that all of those who are hurting receive the care they need, regardless of their financial status. I have helped people who were told they would be in pain for the rest of their lives to come back to a pain free existence.
