This place is so great! After spending a night in jail (booooo) it was such a relief to come deal with an easy and accommodating towing yard!!! They even found a headlamp to replace my busted one and installed it for free a couple days later! Thank you Kyle!!! You guys are the best!!!

The owner does not keep his word, we bought a Volkswagen motor and paid, then he said bring the old motor and we will give you $ 50.00 for it.
We got the old motor drove 45 mins to get there just for him to tell us that no, he never said that, we brought the receipt with us and he did not want to. It doesn’t matter about the money, it’s the whole trouble we went thru to get the old motor and heavy as hell, and drive over there for almost an hour and to be treated that way, he was very rude about the whole thing and denied that he ever said that.
So rude so uncalled for.
Don’t trust this guy and have him write it down if he offers you something

Great service always have what I need or will find it for me at a much cheaper price than OEM parts.

Great people to work with, Dave is always very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Parts are priced fair and they have a great selection. I have been buying parts from Cream’s for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service.

Terrible experience!!!
Not only did it take weeks for a driver to pick up my car but I have yet to see a payment!!! About 100% sure the tow truck driver that did come to get my car, stole my pink slip and got the money for himself! I called 2 – 3 a month for several months now! When I was finally able to speak with a manager, she had major attitude!!! Then she had the nerve to tell me that I’ve never called– funny right?!? Maybe she should look up what good customer service means!!! Never using this disgrace of a company ever again!!! Boo! CREAMS SUCKS!!!

This company is your typical tow yard. They are grimy, unfriendly and will get over on you whenever they can. Sold these simple Simons a wrecked car. Forgot about the $ 300 check I got from them and when I went to get a new one. They told me they had no record of me selling them my car or if I had cashed the check they had given me. I’m pretty sure those are two things you need to keep account of. How do you do your book keeping? By memory? It looks like your memory is about as long as your
d!¢&. Don’t waste your time with this company. They have no heart. No backbone. No customer service. They make a living taking advantage of people. Time surely will catch up w these greasy turds. This should be a zero star rating

Been using these guys for 20 plus years. Fair pricing and great service. The only «clown» is the previous reviewer… i’t a junk yard not a car dealer you douche! If you don’t like their offer don’t take it and move on. No need to go online and cry about it!

Called these guys to see how much I could get for my car — turns out, they don’t actually want used vehicles (despite what they say on the website.) Don’t bother!
[I offered a 2000 Sebring convertible — 80k miles, still runs, but the body was damaged when a tree fell on it. So it got «totaled» with the insurance company, but I still drove it for a year after that, until deciding to get a new vehicle recently, and I simply don’t want to go through the hassle of trying to sell it.
It has almost-​new cloth top, plus perfectly fine engine, drivetrain, radiator, transmission, etc. They offered… drumroll… $ 175. LOL. The tires alone are probably still worth more than that, not to mention any of the parts I just listed…]
Don’t bother with these clowns. If they are this out of touch when it comes to buying price, I’d be willing to bet they are just as out of touch (on the opposite extreme) when it comes to selling things…
