The gals that work here are very sweet! I’ve been lucky enough to get a good amount of my things sold here. Just keep in mind– you probably won’t get as much money as you would hope for with consignment in general as the you split the sale with the vendor and some things have difficult resale value depending on how much in demand they are.

This business hand wrote my card number and gave me a handwritten receipt for some feather earrings on 10÷10÷15. Receipt # 220 636 for $ 51.75
I have since been charged TWICE for these earrings. Once on ¹⁰⁄₁₇ and again on ¹⁰⁄₂₄. I have not been able to reach the store because the listed number is disconnected and there is no email.
I would like to be refunded $ 51.75 please.

I ventured into this beautiful little hide away several weeks ago searching for some lovely playa clothes for my trip «home». I absolutely fell in love with a dress they had on their rack but ended up not purchasing it because it was too pretty for dust and not my everyday life kind of outfit. After several days of thinking about the dress though, I decided to just purchase it anyways! I was so excited– checked their hours and immediately drove over afterwork… And it was closed… Even though they were supposed to be open. A helpful man at the store across from theirs attempted to call the business but was unable to get ahold of anyone. He then told me that it is not unusual for the workers to show up later than expected. I decided to do some other shopping and wait it out. After an hour and a half I came back (about 1230−1300ish this time) to a closed store. I was so sad :(even more so when I made a second attempt during listed business hours the following week.
Few things I took issue with, lack of beautiful dress aside–
If a business advertises open hours, those hours should be honored, unless there is an emergency.
The man from the store across the way attempted to call twice, as did I later in the day… No answer and no voice mail to even leave a message.
I am now still very curious about this adorable dress but don’t feel like attempting to stalk down the staff to try to enter their adorable shop! At this point I’ve put in quite a bit more effort than your average consumer to only be met with locked doors, enduring ringing on a phone with no end, and closed signs…
It makes the owners/​workers seem unprofessional and even a bit flakey to me… I’d love to go back and see if the dress is still there but I hardly can justify putting in that sort of effort :)
Bright side? The first and only time I’ve been in the girls were extremely helpful and friendly and I was able to find a great playa hat to share my virgin burner adventures with.

A friend and I wandered into Couture Clothing and Finds after lunch. The prices were great, the selection was fun, and the sales person was very helpful! I’ll be back again with more time to browse and try on!

While they have cute items, there are way too many fakes that they try and pass off as authentic. I wouldn’t mind if they said they were «designer inspired» but the sales girls are adamant that they are real. Fake Chanel, Tory Burch, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Tiffany and more. Just beware!

This is one of my favorite new-​to-​you/​used stores in the area. I’m not sure if they consign or not, so I’m refraining from using the word, although it resembles consignment stores both in selections and lay-​out. I think that this is a store that has something for everyone. My mom always finds something she loves here, and so do I! All the girls working there are really friendly. My only criticism would be that they don’t really have a focal point. I feel like it’s helpful and cool when stores like this have a certain style or type of clothing they MOSTLY focus on. Not so here, it’s a mish mosh of all sorts of different styles and types of clothing. I bought a Marc Jacobs bag here once, and that has probably been my best find thus far.

BEWARE! I have been in this store a few times when I visit Santa Rosa. While they do have some fun items and the staff has always been polite and helpful (thus my two stars instead of one), they do NOT know their merchandise! Every single time I have been in I have found glaringly fake items for sale. They generally tell me that they believe it is real but that it is up to the customer to be careful about what they purchase. Absolute BS.
I have explained to them exactly what is wrong with certain items and they don’t seem to care, and by the way, these are not good fakes, they are hilariously bad to anyone that knows luxury brands. Today I saw: fake Chanel, fake Tiffanys, fake Gucci, fake Marc by Marc Jacobs. The Marc by Marc Jacobs was a little nylon pouch that, if real, would have retailed around $ 70, but had an attached Marc Jacobs (the upper line) tag that said $ 1,200! When I pointed it out to the salesgirl, she said it wasn’t her store and not her responsibility to know what was real and wasn’t. It was literally laughable. Seriously?! Do they not know that it is ILLEGAL to sell counterfeit merchandise? If you are not sure, you should not be selling it! End. of. Story.
I suggest they stick to what they know and what they are good at, and stop defrauding their poor customers.

By far one of the best clothing stores in Santa Rosa! Authentic, one of a kind, beautiful clothing, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more! It is a little piece of heaven for a woman to shop here!!! I tell all me friends about this amazing store and would recommend it to anyone all ages!

Anytime I want to find something really unique and have a little extra cash I love going to Cherie’s shop because she always knows what I like and always has something on sale that I need! It’s welcoming and everyone is always so friendly! The jewelry and accessories are a must see!

Super cute fun store! You can find great clothes, purses, wallets, lots of jewlery and accessories and a ton more! And if you find something that doesn’t fit there is a seamstress next door. I got a hot dress for a great price that will fit me perfect!
