I brought my car in last Thursday for a private pay estimate. I found them to be extremely fair and sincere. They are a family owned business, and maintain a highlevel of quality service. They went out of their way to give me the best prices, and called another auto shop I had worked with to get a clear picture of the work required to get my vehicle back on the road safely. I truly appreciate their service, HONESTY, and quality!

Cline Collision Center is the absolute best place to take your car for body repairs! Wether you have a small fender bender or major accident; they will get your car back to perfect again. My husband and I have taken our cars here for many years now. They are very reasonably priced and so accommodating! Jason, the owner is great; and so is Joe at the front desk. It’s such a nice touch that they wash & vacuum before you pick it up!

I went here last week with my Prius after first calling Toyota for an estimate. Toyota told me that not only would parts, labor and tax come out to $ 500+, I’d have to wait a week the special order parts.
When I called Cline, they knew exactly what I was talking about and told me immediately that a replacement is most likely not necessary and to bring it by so they could determine the extent of damage. Within 30 seconds of inspecting it, he turns to me and says it will take 15 – 20 minutes. Didn’t try to pressure me into anything extra, great place.
He did a fabulous job and very friendly, the hatchback handle was falling off for months and I’m SO glad I came here for my repair. I’ve only lived in the area for a couple years and in the past I’ve always gone to friends’ repair shops for any work I needed in my hometown. Sorry boys, I’m going to Cline from now on.

Definitely not sure why there are so many positive reviews they must be paying Unilocal.My car came away from here not looking new. The bumper does not line up. The first bumper they put in was substandard. Then the final one does not match the paint what so ever.

I brought my GMC truck in to be painted in several areas that were scratched. I received top notch customer service from start to finish! There was excellent communication through the whole process. They set me up with a rental car through Enterprise while the work was being completed, and the rental car experience was great too. Best of all they did an outstanding job on the paint job and detailed my car as well. I highly recommend this body shop. They made me one happy customer!!!

So I gave Cline another shot. Its been over a year since my last repair when we experienced some issues. But like I said during my initial review, they were a new shop and hammering things out. This time around they did an excellent job. The repair went flawlessly and it was completed on time. I’m glad I gave them another shot, and I will use them again.

This place is as goos as it gets. After 11 years the roof of my van started to rust along the top edges. They completely removed the rust and painted the whole roof to look brand new. But their good work goes further then just the paint. And to me that’s customer service, which I really appreciate at Cline Collision Center. The owner Jason is a really nice and honest guy. Even his employees give you a nice welcome the moment you walk through the door.

I just picked my car up from being repaired and I gotta say Cline is top notch. They dealt with all of the insurance paperwork, arranged a loaner vehicle to be at the shop when I dropped my car off. I really like how they kept me updated through the entire process through text message, it made me feel like I was apart of the process.
When I picked up my car it looked great, I couldnt even tell they repaired it, They even detailed it inside and out.
I would recoomend these guys to anyone that needs their banged up car to be fixed.

I had a great experience with Cline Collision Center. I met the owner Jason and his staff when I brought in my Ford Edge to have the right side replaced after getting hit by shrapnel on the freeway. The repair looked great and was done timely. Then, the same day I left his shop, parked in front my own house, my car was hit again! The driver did not leave a note. The damage was to the same side, same parts to replace. Not only did Cline Collision get my car back in immediately, but Jason felt so bad for all I was going through he paid my deductible the second time. This is a great shop, with good honest and caring people! Thank you Cline Collision! You deserve 5 stars

Another stellar repair by Cline Collision Center!
Recently my Ford Explorer met with an unfortunate accident. It landed under a tree… or maybe the tree landed on it… either way it was not a pretty sight. I called Jason at Cline Collision Center in tears. He had a tow truck at my office 30 minutes later.
Cline Collision Center handled all the insurance hassle (of which there was a lot!), arranged for my rental car and genuinely seemed to care about my situation.
I received a text message every 48 hours letting me know the status of my repair. My SUV was finished on time and looks spectacular!!!

In Nov. 2008, my car was side swiped while it was parked. 5k in damages and 7 years later the side molding started to peel back. I’ve heard they’re commercial that they warranty the repairs as long as you still own the vehicle. I spoke with Jessica the Manager and she told me to come on in, which I did. She looked at the issue, ordered the parts, and had the issue fixed. For no $$ out of my pocket! Thank you Jessica! And Cline Collision! You’ve made this issue a breeze for me to get resolved, and I greatly appreciate it!

So, I got a new to me truck, 2 days later at work I get a hit and run. Frustrating. First place I went was Cline collision. Jason was so helpful and understanding of the frustration. I found myself returning to Cline Collision Center for a minor fender bender. They exceeded my expectations which wasn’t a surprise! My car was returned in beautiful condition and ahead of time with updates through texts (that’s a plus). Talk about going above and beyond, after repairing my vehicle, it was detailed nicely.
The staff in the front office have a way of putting your fears and anxiety at ease, they’re kind and respectful of their customers. The auto body technicians know what they’re doing and it shows in the work they perform on your vehicle.
Cline Collision Center is very knowledgeable in what they do. This is the only body shop I will ever use. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Every one of them took my recommendation and they were just as pleased as I was.

Once again, Cline Collision came through for me! I was having an issue with my inside door light and Jason took it upon himself to help me out. Literally took 15 minutes at the most. What a great guy to go out of his way to help me out instead of waiting for a mechanic to complete a job. Now that’s what I call great customer care! From the moment i walked in this place i knew my car would be well taken care of. the office is beautiful, the iPads make it easy to get things going, and jason was very helpful with dealing with my insurance company (they tried to steer me to a shop that didn’t have good reviews) and he also got me in a great loaner car.
I was kept informed during the whole process of my car getting repaired, the updates were great because they came in the form of text messages.
when i picked my car up, it was on time and it exceeded my expectations, it looked better the it did before the accident, the color match was perfect, and the shine that the car had was amazing.
