Carl’s Jr.

Nicest Manager ever. I assume he’s the manager because of his nice shirt and tie. He also has a mustache if that helps narrow it down. Came in with my family today. And from the moment we walked thru the door we felt welcomed. They even let my kid pick which cookie he wanted when we got our order. Food was fresh and timely. I’ve driven by this place for years without a second glance. Today changed that. I’ll deff be back.

Usually Carl’s juniors are clean and efficient. This was the opposite. Even though it was a slow weeknight people were waiting 10 minutes for their orders.

Why the negative reviews. We don’t have Carl Jr out our way but will say they pretty much put MacDonald to shame if you have to eat this kind of food.
We went her for breakfast and had the Mile high bacon egg and cheese biscuit. While we were at our hotel and it was 3 am, we also went over and I ordered the ½ thick burger el diablo… OMG, this thing was so HOT i could not believe it. The unfortuante thing about New England is they are afraid of hot food here!

Excellent service at the one on airport blvd in Santa Rosa, California! Food is done right and quickly! Love the crew there especially Gina! She is delightful, always smiling and eager to help. Jorge is a super nice guy too! I have never had bad service ever there!

First time at this location. I enjoyed the #16 (crispy cod sandwich combo); a size small was plenty for me but I can understand upgrading to the medium when I’m extra ravenous! It’s a great idea to stop by before heading to the theatre next-​door.

I’m a big fan of Carl’s in general but this particular restaurant was understaffed when I visited, causing very slow service. We stood at the counter, the only customers in line, for a few minutes before anyone could take our order. Then the food took about 7 minutes to come.

It took them forever to ring me up and get it correct on the screen. They just kept saying uhh and then being silent. I finally asked if that was it and she asked if u wanted anything else after I had already told her that would be it. By the time I got my food and paid nine dollars for a small cheeseburger meal I was dissatisfied. My burger was soggy like it was sitting for quite a while. My fries were very got but hard as if they had been reheated. Way overpriced not very good service and bad food.

If you enjoy long waits for cold food, by all means this is the perfect place for you.
I live less than a five minute drive from this location, and have yet to have anything be warm, let alone hot, by the time I get home.
Most carls jr have a longer wait time than other fast food, but the food is the proper temperature when you get it. I’d happily trade the fast in fast food to have it be made right.

Well they kept emailing me their Monday specials! decided to finally use one for the Xtra thick western bacon cheeseburger buy one get one for free ! One was perfect the other was a burnt nasty mess as pictured! I had akready started to drive home so no time to go back *idea of fast food on a rare occasion is just that fast ! No time to complain but will never go back! my roommate is out of luck as she was getting the other one ! Guess she is cooking at 9:30 pm when she gets home

This place is suppose to be open at 7am went at 715 still not open and I was starving. This fails I filed a complaint with corporate

The lady at the register was nice but the food came way too fast. Usually Carl’s takes 3 to 5 minutes to prepare your meal but this took about 45 seconds. Unfortunately the burgers weren’t hot, the onion rings were old and the fries looked like they weren’t fully cooked. I just ate at the Novato Carl’s on Sunday and the food was much better there. Quality control people, look into it.
I had a Western Bacon Turkey Burger.

This place is HORRIBLE! I’m not sure what happened, it used to be nice, but the staff is the rudest I’ve ever encountered. The night sift manager Anali was so rude to my daughter and her cousin I had to show up the next day and demand to speak with the general manager. Anali was not only full of attitude but she was talking trash in spanish about my daughter and her cousin (not realizing their friend spoke spanish and could understand what she was saying)! She would not allow the girls to return their order and dismissed their complaints. Luckily the general manager was attentive and refunded my daughters money, she was apologetic and nice but couldn’t change my mind about the restaurant. I hear all sorts of complaints from the people in my neighborhood about how badly this Carl’s Jr is ran… like I said it used to be nice!!! I will be spending the extra time and gas to go across town if I want Carl’s Jr from now on. I really hope my complaints got this night time manager fired because speaking in spanish behind customers backs is cowardly, unprofessional, rude and gives mexicans a bad name. SHAME ON YOU!

This place SUCKS!!! Everyone that works here is incredibly rude! I am a huge Carls Jr. fan. This particular restaurant just reflects lazy and careless employees. Dirty tables, floor is sticky, the flap to the garbage can was covered in dry soda and food making you not even want to touch it to throw your food away.
My fiancé and I were standing in line to place our order as she was holding our 14 month old son, the MANAGER had the nerve to force his way by us hitting my sons foot and almost pushing my fiancé to the side. No sorry or anything just a dirty look like it was our fault for standing in line trying to purchase a meal. Of course I was ready to cause a huge scene but my fiancé didn’t have long for lunch so we were trying to hurry it along without having them take it out on our food.
Between the side conversations the cashier was having with her friends that were hanging out at the counter we were able to order our food. Once we placed our order we grabbed a table and waited… and waited and waited and waited. Finally our food came. The burger was the driest burger i have ever ordered at any burger place in my life! The fries were covered with so much salt it burned your tongue to eat them. For some reason I will never understand we only got 2 little ketchup packets for an order of large as well as small fries and they refused to give us anymore.
In my opinion this is the worst Carls Jr. there is in entire the bay area possibly in franchise history. If you are ever hungry drive past Aviation Blvd and go one more exit up where there are plenty of other places for excellent quick lunch options.

I go here for Green Burrito food, and it is excellent! Service is a little slow, but what do you expect when people are ordering full-​on Mexican dishes at a drive-​through! I love it.
I did deduct a star for overall experience. The staff are pretty lax and it feels like the parking lot needs to be better-​lit, considering the human foot traffic using it as a shortcut.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME,
Service is slow, Food is crappy, and since when does a normal burger cost 6 bucks and the 6 buck burger cost 10 bucks. FOR lying I say you fail. DO NOT waste your time.

What happend to this one time decent fast food place? I stopped here for lunch about two weeks ago and there was multiple problems.
FIrst off the employees at this location were the most unfriendly people a person can encounter. They all had really bad attitudes and you could tell they didn’t want to be there.
Next the food. I ordered the Six Dollar Guacamole Burger. Boy what a sorry excuse for a burger, aside from tasting like an Exhaust Burger, it look like it fell on the floor and was stepped on. Simply horrible.
Then the cleaniess of the restaurant was in sad shape, it was hard to find a table that was clean and the floor was sticky? Have you people ever heard of a mop?
Bottomline don’t waste your time or money on crappy food. Want a good fast food burger? Go wait in line at In and Out
