Great place to ship, get copies, supplies, etc. fast, convenient, and Jose is very nice and professional. They sell single business size envelopes! Which helps me out a lot when I need to mail something and don’t want to buy an ENTIRE box of envelopes. I always come here when I’m in Santa Rosa – much more convenient than kinkos down the street!

This place rocks! Jose was helpful on the phone, professional when I arrived and very attentive to the business I had. The copying was produced that evening. When I picked it up the next day I had additional documents for copying and Jose completed that while I waited. Everything was rebundled as it was originally and the copies were coalated in exact fashion. What a relief to have a professional print over 700 financial documents. Screw the Stap*** and Off*** Dep*** of the world. Stay local!!!

Jose and Michael are just great. We’ve been using the BCC since the previous owner. They are friendly, professional, fast and quite good at getting print jobs done the way you need them. We get most of our printing through our company, but when we need something special or different, this is the only place we go. I even get some of my office supplies here.

Remember customer service? Business Copy Center knows what that is and is all about getting it right, meeting your budget, and timeline. Unlike the large corporate places, the owner is on site and has hired talented and friendly staff who want to make sure you are satisfied. And their prices are way better! I found them when I needed posters printed the same day — their prices were so much lower than FedEx Office and they even gave me a discount since it was for a non profit. Even if it’s a little out of your way, it is well worth it – this is exactly the kind of local business that makes Sonoma County a great place!

I love the Business Copy Center! The staff is friendly and their work is excellent. I get manuals and brochures made there on a regular basis and the quality of the work and the communication about when projects are ready is incredible. The prices are good, and when they say projects will be done, they always are. If you want good customer service this place has it!
