Bruno’s Chuckwagon catered our wedding this past weekend and we couldn’t be happier (or more full of delicious food)! A food truck at your wedding?! Yes! Here are a few other FAQs:
Who served your guests?
We had our wedding at our home and they provided full service catering (staff, party rentals, set up/​clean up, bartender and wedding day coordinator). To their credit, I never heard one complaint or request from a guest. Bruno’s was in the background taking care of everyone and everything so I didn’t have to worry about anything but talking to my family and friends and eating!
Didn’t people wait in line?
Yes! And it gave them a chance to get to know one another. They served 110 happy guests. People were able to walk up to the food truck on their own time, order however much of what they wanted, get a hot plate of delicious food and then sit down to eat. It was awesome!
Both the ceremony and reception were at our home and Bruno’s helped us with every last detail — setting up and serving our guests from the moment they arrived until they cleaned up everything (seriously had so little clean up to do the next day) and even left us with late night snacks for our guests to enjoy as the night wore on. I highly recommend giving their food truck a try for your next event. From the very first conversation to our last, long detailed meeting, Bruno’s staff was professional, helpful and just fun to work with. So many of the details for our wedding came together with their help and ideas. Thanks for making our wedding such an incredible event!

I hate to not give a better review but I was not impressed. Food Trucks are the big rage right now and I was excited when Bruno’s on 4^th Street announced they were creating their own traveling restaurant. However when I tried them out at a recent event it was less then perfect. Ordered an Italian Sandwich consisting of salami, cheese, roasted red bell pepper and aoili on focaccia. Sounds good right? blah… way too much aoili, tiny portion and not warm– which may have been an incorrect expectation on my part. The sweet potato fries were good and the portion was decent, so good thing I ordered those as well. I love their regular restaurant and I wish that this was just as good. It isn’t. I will try them again but if given the opportunity I’ll look at other food trucks first.
