What a wonderful surprise to come home to carpets I never thought could look new again! John and Rosie did an exceptional job. I left our house in the morning knowing they would leave it safe and secure after they left. When I returned, they had left booties for us to use in case the carpet was still wet, and an extra spray bottle for future mishaps. We’ve used Barone Janitorial for years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend John & Rosie!

John has worked on my carpets and furniture at home and we’ve always been very happy. With lots of animals, the place has been a mess, and he has always gotten us taken care of-​no judgment, and very considerate. So when we needed our carpets cleaned at work, I recommended him to my employers, and once again, a fabulous job! He always leaves a bottle of spot remover, with free refills! John is always prompt and thorough. I highly recommend him for home and commercial.

Four highlights: Professionalism, thoroughness, friendliness, and more than reasonable prices. I had just moved into my house in northwest Santa Rosa. On my second day there I saw Jon’s truck outside a nearby house, and I stopped to ask him what his rates and availability were. I called him later on to schedule an appointment, and he shuffled his schedule with another client who was flexible so I could get the carpets cleaned before the furniture arrived.
From my very first contact with Jon to the moment he drove away on his truck, I was struck by his friendliness and professionalism. Jon works with his daughter, and she has the same work ethic and courteous personality.
I highly recommend Barone Janitorial & Carpet Cleaning to anybody.
