I bought a Toyota Highlander in the end of 2014. Mustafa told me the car wasn’t involved in any accidents. So I believed and made a deal with. After I got the car to my mechanic he told me that the Toyota was actually involved in an accident and it would cost 2000 dollar to repair. Mustafa didn’t really respond and I learned my lesson not to trust used car dealer so easily. Be careful with this dealership.

We bought a Jaguar from Sinatra Auto Group and went to Auto Champs to finalize all the paperwork and we were SO impressed with the service we received there. You always hear a lot of crap about used car salesman & lots and I can tell you that these two car lots REALLY set the bar for used car lots and made car lots look good !!! I worked in customer service for over 21 years one on one and these guys were awesome. Mustafa was completely ready for us when we got there, he was more than helpful, NOT pushy or rude, he was funny, and just seemed like he was on the customer’s side of things not as the money collector. I just bought my new car at a Nissan dealership and had I known that used car dealers were as kind as Mustafa and the guys at Sinatra Auto Group, I would have drove 2 hours to Santa Rosa to buy a car !!! Would be go back to do business there/​here again??? Heck yes !!! :):).

I bought my car from here in January, I’m really late with writing this too, lol. They were very fair, respectful, easy going, and very professional too. I wanted to see if I could sell my truck and get a car that was in good shape and that’s what happened!
I have bought a used car before and vowed never to buy one again, this place changed my mind with no pressure to sell or buy. Mustafa was the sales person that helped us and was super helpful with financing.
I recommend this place and would buy from here again. I haven’t had any major issues with my car either!
The only thing I can say negative about this place is; I think they should have the vehicles detailed before selling them, ours smelled like dog when the warm weather hit.

We’ll this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Went in to look at a truck and saw a pre-​owned Lexus that was in excellent condition. Mustafa was so enjoyable to deal with, he was kind, respectful and very honest. No phony attitude or running back and forth to a manager as though they are fighting hard for a best deal for you.
This was just a straight up enjoyable experience for buying a car. Can’t beat that.
Great place, GREAT people, and we LOVE the car. I may still go back and buy the truck too.

Bought a car with mustofa and from the moment my wife and I showed up he was very friendly. All of there car’s have low miles and well maintained. Mustafa said he can get us finance and he did he was very open about everything he was doing. this was one of the best car buying experience we have every been in, they make you feel like family.
