Very rude! I was paying for my purchase. It was 2.70. I had a twenty and a coin purse full of change and had the 2 quarters and the two dimes to give the guy and he ignored the change. I said, «I have the 70 cents». He said, very rudely«I GAVE you 17.30 back», then ignored me, he didn’t ask if I needed a bag or anything and started ringing up the next customer. I was still at the register.

The rudest owners in the freakin’ area!!! I understand you get a lot of riff raff but still be courteous. If I say thank you and you don’t even look me in the eye; then don’t get mad when I call you an asshole to your face!!!

Rude, rude RUDE! My husband went in there tonight with my 3 year old son to grab a quick drink and snack and to take a potty break.(We live in Petaluma and he was up in Santa Rosa to buy a lawn mower battery at a near by store) He said he got nasty glares from behind the counter. They were watching him as if he was going to steal something. When he went to the counter to pay he asked the man, «How are you?», to which he got NO response. The whole while, the man ringing up my husbands purchase was speaking to his coworker(a woman) in their native tongue. My husband is a nice guy. He gets along with EVERYONE! He just thought it was so rude that they verbally don’t acknowledge their customers and treat you like you’re up to no good. He said he felt discriminated against because he was white!(That might not be the case but anyway…) Just plain rude! It’s a wonder how they are even still operating this business. They need to be taught what customer service is and what freaking COMMONDECENCY is!!!

BEWAREGIRLS, LADIES and WOMEN do not go in this or any 7-Eleven stores. A young, tiny girl,(adult customer) was attacked viciously by another customer, a man twice her size. I wish I could’ve helped her but thought the cashiers or any man try to detain this man and 2 other women who intervened as well and left her hopeless on the ground. She never put her hands on this man for such a brutal attack, as some people said, but she didn’t I saw it all. The Cashiers wouldn’t let her leave, or any of us, but she kept getting stomped on, she should’ve been able to escape. BEWARE no woman should be treated like this for talking back to a man who initially started this terrible event.

Most disgraceful worker ever. I know it’s not the most glamorous job. But don’t treat strangers like it’s their fault if something of yours is not working, this one needs to close down or get new ownership or become an a.m. p.m. not the first time I’ve been accused of or treated like crap in this location

I’m used to rude quickie-mart workers, but this one takes the cake. The guy working there tried to accuse us of trying to steal a couple bottles of water AFTERHEJUSTRANGUSUP! It was the most bizarre thing. We all really need to protest the 90 percent of quickie-marts that are run by complete d-bags.

The guy behind the counter refused to give me four quarters for a one dollar bill so I can put air in my tires. He said it was store policy. LOL
