Do not go here for alterations. They will not accept responsibility for ruined garments. I was stunned when they decided to obviously lie to me after years of loyal business. Clothes are easy to replace. Trust is not.

We’re snowbirding here over the winter, which has given us the opportunity to use Hi-​Tech Cleaners services multiple times (several alterations, dry cleaning). We found their prices to be very fair and service quality high. The alterations work is very good. We’d definitely recommend this business.

Prices are comparable here to NYC prices. They lost a button (the only one on my dress) and didn’t leave a note. I was on vacation and unable to wear the dress. I guess they figured I wasn’t a regular customer so it didn’t matter how they handled the situation. Sorry service!
