Business Owner

Jeremy is an Owner and the original founder of 360 Blue. If you’re an owner or if you’ve ever been a guest of 360 Blue, you probably already know him. He is the one that pulls it all together. He is our jack of all trades, and the master of keeping everyone happy. Before starting 360 Blue, Jeremy owned and operated his own restaurant, in Tampa. He then spent several years enjoying the real estate boom, where he helped develop and sell condos in Destin and along 30-​A. Jeremy is a graduate of Florida State. If you know Jeremy, you probably already love him.

For the «Majestic Sun» a property that prides itself n service I was disappointed in the condition of the room… I understand current renters should wash dishes .etc. And no fault of management, BUT the condition of the condo has not been kept up.
1) Stove top right hand large burner didn’t work at all
2) We had to buy light bulbs for end table lamps
3) Mold in bathroom that should be addressed (at least paint it for aesthetic show)
4) Wallpaper peeling off
5) Throw rugs need to be changed .I mean they are not that expensive
6) Minimal cooking pots & pans (another trip to Walmart)
7) Wifi band needs a boost. but I guess when you have hundreds of folks trying to access.
It just wasn’t up to Par for the rental charges we paid
I won’t be requesting 505A again

We have traditionally rented from Watercolor directly, and we were very concerned about the challenge of working with another company. This year we rented two properties from 360 Blue. One week after another. Bottom line, we couldn’t be more impressed.
First, the checkin and transfer process has been flawless. They use an automated lock-​in and lockout process — when the house is ready, it simply needs a code. And the code is changed remotely — instantly.
Second, their housekeeping crew could not be more thorough or effective. Very clean houses, new extra linens. Very well coordinated process. When we moved from one house to another in the middle of our two week stay, they cleaned the new house first — very quickly. And they delayed cleaning the old. Very accommodating.
Last, we have had minor problems almost every other day with the houses. A quick call to their support line, and they fixed rapidly with very kind repair crew.
The only thing I would complain about is the fact that one of the properties had a house next-​door under construction, and the house we moved into was also getting a pool fence installed, and neither were disclosed in the listing. Definitely impacted the vacation, and I wish they had shared it, but you can’t ask for a better experience in handling us while we were here.

We’ve used 360 Blue for a year now. They had management problems and very big agent turnovers. And they are not very responsive to property owners. They did not screen spring breakers, and failed twice to evict. They trashed my house. But the worst issue we have is EVERY single month are extra charges on our bill for ridiculous maintenance items. Like $ 75 to clean your dryer vents! (We’ve never done that in our life) $ 150 linen update — the month we signed on with them. (they credited — but each month it is a hassle to argue whatever charges). They do whatever crazy maintenance they trump up — and do not ask you — and treat the property like they own it. They charged $ 150 tidy up fee — for us to go in our own house to show it. 20% fee is a joke. Really more like 30% with their fees.

Well, we got into town early and called early to see if we could check in prior to 4 pm. It was obvious that their was no one staying in the home and the home looked clean from the outside. I was told that they would move us up on the list for cleaning. So we ended up getting a call around noon saying that we could check in. Everything was great except the couch cushions were staked on the floor, not a big deal, just strange. They house was beautiful and very well stocked. The only issues were normal rental issues… the oven took a long time to heat up, the freezer never really froze anything and they had the thermostat set so it couldn’t be adjusted (for $ 6500 a week I expect to be able to adjust the thermostat to whatever I want). All in all, I never even dealt the agency other than to pay and get my check in code but they could have checked the house out a little more thoroughly. Overall though we had a great vacation.

I had a really terrible experience with 360 Blue. I drove by the house we rented 2 hours before we were supposed to check-​in and it was very clear that the house had not yet been cleaned. I waited an hour, no one showed up to clean so I finally called the 360 Blue Offices who were shocked that the house had not been cleaned. They then sent a crew over and we were unable to get into the house until 75 minutes later then the check-​in time. The check-​in times are late enough already at 4pm, to then have to wait longer is not acceptable. I was told I would receive a call from the Guest Experience Manager… but did not. I finally called her on Monday and told her the situation. During the course of our week the master bath toilet broke 2 times, as well as many dirty dishes that we found upon entering the home. Later in the week, the dryer was broken as well.
I reported all the instances to the «Guest Experience Manager» Brittany who sometimes responded, and sometimes didn’t.
I told Brittany that I expected to receive a refund for at least the portion of time in which we could not get into the house. She told me she would discuss with her manager and get back to me. Still waiting 2 weeks later for a response.
The reality is that for the previous 2 summer we rented directly through owners and had WAY better experiences. I will not use 360 Blue again and I suggest looking for other rental agencies or owners directly. If I was an owner, I would be very unhappy with the service 360 Blue is showing my customers.
