«What is it you were looking to have done?» Every barber I have ever been to begins with that question, and then they determine if they can do what you want with the resources they have. This question was not asked of me at this barber shop. Instead, I was told, I can’t take you until Tuesday… it’s Friday. Sometimes, businesses find success, as it seems this one has, but then they lose sight of what makes a business special; customer service, going the extra mile, accommodating the customer request. In my opinion, I will happily use the time and gas to travel to Oxnard or Ventura to go to a barber I know remembers what makes a business special.
