Welcoming staff/​owner. This is a nice thing to see. Great service too. Came in before the dinner hour. Had tomato bisque and turkey burger. Both were delicious. Fresh local produce. avocado, tomatoes from Fillmore, etc. Alot to choose from. Some of the prices seem high, but that could just be me. Steak, Curry Chicken, pasta, a little of something for everyone. The décor is pub style, quirky, sporty English pub stuff. Outdoor patio too. We’ll definitely be back

Last night my wife and I stopped by the Mupu Grill for dinner. I had the special, Roast Beef, roasted potatoes and broccoli, Yorkshire pudding, salad with blue cheese and it comes with a glass of wine for $ 25.
The roast beef was cooked just right and the portion was great! The seasoning was spot on complimented by the gravy! The roasted broccoli was the best I have had in a restaurant! It was loaded with garlic and seasoning. The salad and blue cheese dressing was also quite good! Now that was the first time I had Yorkshire pudding. It was different. I think I would of liked it better if it was warmer or the gravy was piping hot. But all in all, this meal was great. For about a couple of hours later, I still was saying «Man, that was a great meal!» Oh and I had to bring a third of it home so I can’t wait for lunch! :-)

I been here a few times with coworkers during lunch hour I love their sweet potato fries. Last time I was here it was a nightmare we waited 30 min to get our drinks once they took our orders we waited another 20 min for the waitress to come to our table and inform us it will be 15 more minutes bc they had a big party in front of us. It would have been nice if we would of known this when we sat down. Half of our party decided to get meals to go. Others waited however the meals came out after the 15 min therefore we had to get it box to go … So much for having lunch outside of the office I haven’t been back since then.

Went for an after noon lunch with co-​workers. 40 minutes into waiting we were told that it would be another 15 «maybe» before food came out. A few of the people in the group left. Another 20 min in and by then our lunch time was over. Had to ask for the food to be packed to do. The worst part was that one of the people in party’s credit card was give to another customer. Worst experience. We understand lunch time is busy but at least communicate that in advanced. Not wait an hour later. Will not be returning.

This is the only place to be on a Saturday night in Santa Paula I was surprised at how good the macaroni and cheese was four different cheeses along with pasta. How such a simple dish could be so good. It’s like a higher power is in that kitchen mixing cheese and pasta.

I love the food, great atmosphere and the wonderful Staff at the Mupu Grill. The food is great and service has always been outstanding. I highly recommend the Mupu as I have never been disappointed !

I’ve been here a few times for lunch and the only thing I’ve ever had was the chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries. I usually like to try out the whole menu at places I frequent, but once I had that sandwich, i realized that’s all I need lol. Great bartenders with good, friendly convo and food is delish! Isn’t that all you need? :-)

Came here for a work lunch and everything was great. Not sure why the reviews here are so bad. The service was quick and attentive. The food was great as well! It was pretty empty on a Mon for lunch. Which may be the reason for the great attentive service. All in all, I wouldn’t mind coming back here at all.

Went here for the first time Saturday night. We didn’t even order our food cause the service was so bad, we just walked out. Maybe I should give it a try another day. If I do I’ll change this review.
Me and my husband were standing around awhile, waiting to be seated; until someone walked by and said «anywhere.» Okay. The menu I guess is different on the weekends or something because it’s not what we saw online. It was less complicated it seemed like bar food with some pricey higher end stuff mixed in. I would’ve been fine with ordering the appetizers I saw online, but those were also different.

Found ourselves in Santa Paula around 2:00 in the afternoon really hungry. Found ourselves at Mutual Grill and what an awesome suprise. U Had THE Shrimp Stuffed Avocado and My Husband Had THE Ceaser Salad With Grilled salmon. Both were Awesome! The tomatoes and avocado were locally grown and bursting with flavor. The salmon was grilled perfectly. The service was amazing, the price extremely affordable.

Below average food. I have eaten here many times and its never been worth the money spent. Sad. The location and type of food shows promise, but it always fails to deliver. So many better (cheaper) places to eat in the area. Go there instead.
I’m not a very picky person, but I do work hard for my money, and don’t enjoy throwing it away on overpriced poorly cooked food. Especially since I can cook the items better at home. I go out to eat to be treated, not to feel like I should have just stayed home.

We were on vacation and happened in for dinner. What a wonderful surprise! The New York steak had the best flavoring and grilled to perfection. The macadamia nut encrusted halibut was outstanding! Our friends dinners looked great too. And all the dinners were served with fresh vegetables seasoned perfectly!
The atmosphere is «Hollywood» yet not pretentious. It was one of the best meals I’ve had on vacation and hours of wine and relaxation made it the perfect stop

I really liked this little spot. We were warmly welcomed when we walked in and promptly seated. The place had a great feel to it and the customers knew each other which made it feel cozy.
I have to rave about the chili and turkey club we had while there. First, the cup of chili was perfect. It had chunks of beef and a spice level that was perfect. The turkey club was amazing and had the perfect blend of ingredients. The fresh mayo reduced the acidity of the chopped tomatoes to a point where they perfectly complemented each other. The bacon was thick and not too salty. The bread was toasted but not to the point where it was dry and scratchy.
I’m gonna go back next time I’m in town!

Went here with my grandma and uncle, first off it was a seat yourself deal which is no problem but when no one comes around to take your drink order for 15 minutes I think the system isint working.
after we got our drinks and ordered we were left alone for another 45 minutes with no drink refills from our waitress who never said her name, so I will call her Tinkerbell since she had a pixie haircut,
as Tinkerbell is passing us by with plates of food she says yours is next without so much as a head nod or eye contact,
She brings our food out and finally we are eating my uncle and grandma loved their food so that’s why they got two stars, all I can say about my food is don’t get the b.l.t.a if you dont want a crappy sandwich on vons bread with a sliver of avocado and way to much iceberg lettuce,
Tinkebell still didn’t come back to check on us at all during the meal until we got the check then she was all smiles, ummmm sorry Tinkerbell that ship has sailed.
