History

Established in 2003.

Your Body Solutions was founded in Venice Beach in 2003. Owner Carlo Petrini moved to Los Angeles shortly after working the Winter Olympic Games in 2002. His vision was to share his experience as an athlete and make creative workouts available to people of all levels. Offering both Advanced Sports Massage and Training, word of mouth began to spread about his intelligent and fun sessions, mixed with his ability to resurrect people from injury. He soon opened a studio on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica where he practiced until 2013. Currently he has locations in Santa Monica and the Pacific Palisades where he offers training with the option of rehab or massage. This Makes Your Body Solutions a unique one stop for your fitness needs.

Business Owner

Petrini grew up in a small Northern California town that has produced internationally renowned basketball coaches and has consistently competed at state level championships. This competitive experience kindled Petrinis spirit for athletics and the joy to share it with others. He went onto develop a practice helping athletes optimize performance and rehab. His passion is making this quality of training available to all. Choosing the right level for each person, he is able to progress them to higher levels of performance. Ultimately educating them how to prepare for higher demands and to avoid injury. This gives clients the tools to feel empowered and enjoy their favorite activities late into life, long after training with Carlo.

His workouts are known for a balance of dynamic cardio activities, highly effective resistance training, and circuit workouts.
