Theodore Wolfberg, Esq. was admitted to practice law in 1967. He has been in private practice ever since. Ted specializes in Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts and Probate. Ted’s son is Daniel B. Wolfberg, Esq. who was admitted to practice law in 1994. Daniel specializes in Litigation involving real estate, injury and business disputes.

Mr. Wolfberg earned: The American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law (best grade in class); the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in Criminal Law (best grade in class); and the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law (best grade in class.)
Experience: An attorney since 1994, Mr. Wolfberg’s practice focuses on document preparation and interpretation with experience earned through both trials and drafting He has successfully litigated premises and vehicle wrongful death, professional liability (r/e broker, medical and other professional), real estate contract disputes and general business litigation, and the usual areas of personal injury including: premises, construction, vehicle, insurance cases: from flaming trolleys to rough-riding elevators.
