History

Established in 2014.

I first felt energy flow and glow from my aunt doing reflexology on my foot. All she did was slightly roll my baby toe in her fingers and asked me to notice what I was feeling.

As a teen in the 70s growing up in Los Angeles, I learned to cleanse on fruit fasts and long bike rides to the beach … as my energy levels skyrocketed that I had some natural lifestyle keys to the health kingdom…

I began reading all I could get my hands on at libraries & health food stores and began organic gardening, studying iridology, massage, meditation, chakra balancing, astral travel and by age 18 was a personal chef and healing artist to world leaders and participated in reversing cancer with salads, juicing, colon cleanse.

This ease of reversal of a chronic degenerative disease made a big impression…

Studying and practicing holistic healing arts since 1979.

Ms Sacajawea Cummins is certified in craniosacral, polarity, reiki and has been mentored in several integrative eastern and indigenous wisdom practices. She’s been a community kitchen goddess raw vegan gourmet and simple cleanse chef since 1979 teaching whole food transitional and weight release protocols on the web, Portland, OR and now in LA. Her new energy school curriculum also includes energy yoga and awareness cocounseling. Ending racism is important to her.
