I’ve been to multiple Valvoline locations, but this is my favourite. The staff are friendly and personable as well as efficient, and they’ll give you great (and quick!) service and no-​nonsense recommendations for additional maintenance without pressuring you to spend money on things your vehicle doesn’t need. Definitely somewhere I’d bring my vehicle again!

These guys treated me like gold today — and did it all for $ 60 less than my dealership quoted me for the SAME EXACT job. In fact, probably about $ 700 less considering what they checked (all fluids, tire pressure, changed oil, etc). The dealership (Range Rover of SM — horrible btw) wanted $ 960 for the 20k/​2 yr annual checkup and after reviewing a list of everything they do, noticed I pretty much got the same stuff done today for WAY LESS, in a much different (and honestly painless) setting. I was in & out in 15 – 20 minutes and treated with respect and very professionally. The manager had a full team helping him and there was even a really cool chick there, who was very bad ass & knowledgeable. I am super impressed with their entire team there and will be back before I go anyplace else. Thank you so much team Valvoline.

Extremely good service. It’s the details like checking every little thing and telling you what they’re doing when they do it. Price is fair and they really run through everything, whether they can do it there or not. Finding people you trust and can rely on to do a good job is important to me. Anything to do with my car, really important to me. Go here and you’ll have the same great experience. I’m loyal to businesses like this and I’m glad Unilocal helped me find them as they are my place from here on out

Wow, that was easy. I stayed in my car. It was fast but what struck me was the level of professionalism and even brand pride (Valvoline has been around a hundred years, I learned) from the staff. Great job from Matthew who services the car. Thanks!

First time coming to this place and so thankful we did. Very welcoming, professional, and friendly staff. Good customer service (where the employees are not on their phones or clowning around with each other) is rare these days so it was nice to see the staff here not engaging in those poor behaviors. They don’t try the pointless upsell that many other establishments do. You’re able to sit in your vehicle while they change the oil. After, they explain what they did. Would definitely recommend this location to friends.

I went to this location because of the great reviews and it’s true, They rule. I was in and out in 15 minutes and Matthew and (I know I am going to butcher this) Corbin (? am I close)) were SO nice. Told me every step they were performing and there was no hard sell (which always sends me running) I will definitely be back :)

Great dudes. Quick as hell.
Unilocal wants me to write more because apparently my review was too short for them… So, they changed my oil. The process went pretty standard. I drove out with cleaner, fresher gas. They asked me if I wanted to do anything else to my car. I respectfully declined because I was not in need for a transmission fluid flush out. The guys name was Peter, or Pablo. I honestly don’t remember. He said have a nice day and I said «thanks, man, you too.» I drove off towards the street, waited my turn and for the traffic to clear, found my opening and removed my foot from the break and accelerated onto the road. Peter/​Pablo waved as I drove away.

The staff is ALWAYS exceptional and my experience is always great– from a quick oil change to replacing my rear brake lights to emailing me my receipts

The service here is seriously the best. They scrap and hustle and crank and use teamwork and don’t let any balls drop. They are an excellent production. Super friendly ppl too. Guys like Daniel & Pablo make u feel at home.

Very service-​minded and friendly fellas.
With the discount code in here the price is between doing the oil change myself and having them do it was less than $ 15!
And they top up your basic fluids if needed and does a basic inspection.
All while you sit in your car
They offer you a few other services and slap a general service fee on top.
All standard things they have to offer as part of their protocol. I did not find them to be pushy about it at all.

This was definitely the best oil change I’ve ever had! You sit in your car while they do it. Checked the lights, topped off fluids, check air pressure, the works. It was my first time there, and getting me into the system was not a hassle. I went during my lunch break and I had plenty of time left over to actually get lunch! Super, super friendly staff.

What a night and day difference between Jiffylube and here. This is my first time trying Valvoline out instead of Jiffylube and man, I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else. The employees were prompt, honest and helpful! Plus the cost wasn’t nearly as much!
If you want utter garbage service, rude employees and to get scammed, by all means go somewhere else. If you want to be taken care of and given just the facts on what you need, come here. Ask for Angel, he’s awesome!
Update: I went again and felt with Angel! He’s still rocking it

I would give this place a 3.5, but because they were so super polite I am going with a 4.
I was out running errands and realized I should get my oil changed since I was a bit overdue.
I called ahead to see how long of a wait they had and was told there was only 1 car in the bay. I was in and out very quickly
My oil change was done very quickly and the guys working there were all very polite and professional.
The biggest drawback was all of the attempted up sales and that is why I am knocking a star off! There were 3 – 4 attempted up sales. My car is a 2014 and only has 19,000 miles on it, therefore, it doesn’t need THAT much.

Make sure you know if your car requires synthetic oil. Their computer says my car needs a much more expensive synthetic oil but my manual says it’s not required.
