Many are seeking the proper number for SANTO TOMAS or SANTA ROSALIA’s UPSIDE Management, in which their «managers» totally refuse to give up, based on their multiple complaints… This is because they know they wouldn’t have jobs when folks start calling corporate to complain about how they DON’T do their jobs.
Unfortunately they aren’t dealing with dummies as they seem to think they are by trying to barricade contact to THEIR bosses. I did a little public record research and here is the proper number to contact Upside Investments LP.: (818) 224‑1544 This is the company which deals with Santo Tomas & Santa Rosalia Apartment Homes

I called this company to complain thinking it was the same company that provides property management to my apartment (Santo Tomas/​Santa Rosalia Apartments). However, the lady that answered the phone was very nice and explained they dont provide those services. She was very patient with me and helped me find the correct contact information. She explained that they get many many calls from people thinking they are the same; many people confuse them. So, I would make sure you are writing your reviews on the correct company before you give 1 star!

If you want to live under a Property Management company that really and truly cares about it tenants then Upside Property and Management is for you.
My wife and I leased a unit for a year. During that time we had zero conflicts with the management. When we called to have something fixed, they were there in hours to remedy the problem and the maintenance crew is very friendly and personable.
Christina is always a pleasure to talk to, and is very understanding of tenants needs and concerns. I don’t think its fair that some potential tenants that were not approved to lease can throw a temper tantrum and write a bad review for this company just because they were denied. Like Christina says, its not just a good credit rating that gets you the rental, it depends on weather or not you will be a good fit for a unit.
I would recommend Upside Property to my friends and family in a second.
As a bonus, I received my entire deposit in in the mail within two weeks of leaving.
There needs to be more property management companies like this.

A response 3 months later? Really?

I’ve been renting with this company for over a year. So far, I have no major complaints. I love my apartment and my neighbors. I appreciate the fact I found somewhere wonderful and for reasonable price.
There is sometimes a lag between reporting a problem and getting it seen too but you just have to stay on top of it and remind them.
They seem to be in the business of tarting up (renovating) mid century properties and renting them only to people who have high credit scores and are considered low maintenance people who will look after the property and stay a while.

This company has been renting me property for over 5 years. I have had a wonderful experience with Upside. Talk about a company that goes the extra mile, this is the one.
I have had them replace keys for me quickly and easily. I have had laundry lists, which exceed the normal request and without a doubt they been there for me. Know this is the «go to «team. Always there when you need them.

I wish I could give them a 0 rating. If you want to have a conversation with a company and landlord who will consider your questions and concerns valid, do NOT rent from these people. The managers and landlords are not in communication with each other and contradict each other. As a potential renter, you have the right to bring up concerns and questions before signing a lease. Instead, I was attacked and asked to leave. By the way, I have excellent credit and have never paid rent late. Their loss!
