I have used the walk-​in urgent care service in addition to making appointments — I like that both options are available (call ahead for walk-​in as this is only at certain hours). I am a big fan of Dr Kirolos — he is very caring and takes time with the consultation.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Curcio and the other doctors/​staff members there! As a first time mother, I’m always worried about something in regards to my little one, but anytime I ask Dr. Curcio (email or call the office), he ALWAYS responds quickly and also gives me the information I need. The wait time is never long and if I bring my son in to urgent care for some reason and if Dr. Curcio is there, he always comes in to check on us! If you need a pediatrician, I would recommend anyone here!

Dr Eric Curcio is the best. He is attentive, very smart and always available when I need him. Even in a busy practice, I never feel rushed here. And he patiently answers all my questions. The office staff here is first-​rate.
Having Dr Curcio as a Primary Care Physician is godsend. I see comments below about the office being busy and scheduling issues. But any time I’ve had an immediate need, they work me into the schedule as quickly as possible.

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Curcio and he is a good doctor but almost impossible to get appointments with him. 3 month in advance you have to book an appointment and that’s the earliest he can see you if u are lucky. The staff are great. Very friendly.
I had walk in today cuz my daughter had a rash and needed to get her vaccine but of course office Dr. Curcio never available so I ended up with Dr. Mridula B. Watt. She looked at her for a second and said nothing is going on although she is still itching her self and she is red. I asked her to do a yeast or urine infection test and she said it is not necessary. But if it’s worsen bring her back.
For her vaccine you have to bring her back for another visit.
I feel like this is just about more visits and more money.
I am sad that I have to find another clinic.

Dr. Henry Kirolos, truly is a diamond in the rough. I’ve never had a physician that has invested so much time and effort in my entire well being! He’s also extremely knowledgable and stays up to date on all the latest and greatest in medicine. So glad I found him!

After trial and error with a couple other pediatricians, we are thrilled with Dr. Curcio’s relaxed yet professional bedside manner, availability & willingness to answer even the dumbest first time parent question without judgement, expertise, and genuine compassion. I feel my babies are in excellent hands and for the first time ever do not question or second guess any advice I get from this doctor.
Curcio has a double specialty in internal medicine and pediatrics, and though he is a western practitioner he is open to working with us more holistically intentioned people.
Kudos to this medical office and the doctors who seem to be in their jobs for the right reason-​people over profit-​and truly make a difference in children’s lives.
Note that they only have one waiting room for sick and well children, but seem to usher back ill kids expeditiously.
The front desk staff have for the most part been smart and easy to deal with.
Parking is $ 18 and no validation so look for street meters.

This place is great. As it says in the name, they are a comprehensive care center meaning they can take care of almost all your needs in one location — primary care, Pap smears, nutritionists, therapists, etc. I saw Dr. Mridula Watt and she was incredible. I have never seen a doctor that was so personable and not judgmental. I felt comfortable talking to her and asking her questions. I am so happy to have found such a great doctor!

Dr. Henry Kirolos is a one of a kind physician — a rare find these days. He is not only up to date on the most recent medical knowledge but he is also a very genuine and caring physician with my best interest at heart. He has never been rushed at my appointments, does a very thorough job and answer all my question forthrightly. Glad I found him.

Oh I really wanted to like this place for my baby. However, eventhough the actual doctor was nice and helpful. The receptionist was very rude both on the the phone and in person. she acted as though she was better than me and did not want me to go to the office. I think I need to find a place that treats «ALL» people with respect and manners.

I just started a new insurance plan and I wanted to establish care with my primary physician. I made an appointment for the following week which was nice that they could see me so soon. They got me into the examining room pretty quickly and the PA took my blood pressure and weight then I began my wait for the doc. It took about twenty minutes for her to come to the room. This usually peeves me to no end because both of my parents are physicians and they only asked people to wit if there was an emergency and that person was advised of the wait due to the emergency.
But I’m used to this with doctors by now, unfortunately. When the doctor came we began talking and I liked her approach. She wanted to talk about my health history and put a plan together… exactly what I wanted. She recommended a whooping cough vaccination and advised me on some other tests.
I feel like she cares about her patients and that I was well taken care during my visit. I recommend this group.

UCLA Santa Monica Internal Medicine & Pediatrics on 16^th street boasts many top internists in the United States. These doctors have gotten their medical degrees and done their residencies in top schools and hospitals in the United States.
UCLA Santa Monica Internal Medicine & Pediatrics is conveniently located next to many other specialties outpatient clinics, along with being right next to the Santa Monica UCLA Hospital.
The only downside about this location is the parking situation. They have a parking garage, but you have to pay, and they do not validate. If you forgo that option, there are meter parking spots, but even those are hard to find and an annoyance.
All in all, if you want personal and relatable doctors who are trained and educated in the top U.S. universities, come and be established with a primary care doctor at UCLA Santa Monica Internal Medicine.

Dr’s Eric Curcio and his partner Kellie Krugar are the best doctors I’ve ever had. They both have double specialties in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. This is enormously convenient because they can see my children as well. I won’t go into all the details, but when my youngest (4) became ill last summer Dr Krugar didn’t even hesitate to send her across the street to the hospital. Several months later she got a bad cold that sounded like whooping cough. I didn’t think it was but just to be safe I recorded her cough and emailed it to Dr Curcio. Apparently he was on vacation but I still received an email back with in 5 hours and had the office call me to schedule an appointment (it wasn’t pertussis)! I can not recommend these doctors highly enough! They are kind, they LISTEN, and never «blow off» your concerns. I’m so lucky to have found them!

Huge fan of this office. It’s the first time in my life that visiting the doctor has actually been an enjoyable experience. The result has been more frequent checkups and better care that has greatly improved my all around health and well-​being — I get sick once a year these days, at most!
I have been in LA over 7 years and lived everywhere from Downtown to Beverly Hills to Santa Monica. Over the past 3 years, Dr. Eric and his supremely intelligent and caring team have provided me with the best, most thorough, and most prompt care that I have ever encountered anywhere in the country. Even if I lived on the other side of the world, I wouldn’t change doctors. Take my advice, make yourself and your health a priority and go see Dr. Eric as soon as possible!

very comfortable atmosphere, very knowledgeable people… Dr. Eric Curcio is one of the best out there and available 24 hours per day for his patients to answer any questions or concerns.

The UCLA Santa Monica clinic is excellent. I always appreciate the personal service I receive. Dr. Eric and his team are amazin. It’s always great when some of the residents are in, because they spend a great deal of time with you, instead of the «standard 10 minutes». Highly recommend. Parking can be a bit difficult, so arrive a bit earlier.

Dr. Curcio has my highest recommendation. He is so knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and available that I feel fortunate to have him as my internist. I have seen many doctors in my life and very few have equaled Dr. Curcio.
He also sees children, and I plan to bring my daughter to see him as her pediatrician.
One note: if you don’t have good insurance, I recommend you discuss your charges in advance. For someone who is paying cash or has a high insurance deductible, it’s important to let your doctor know this before or during your visit.
I have not had the opportunity to see other doctors in this practice group, but based on Dr. Curcio and the assistants and nurses there, this practice group is truly excellent.
