Established in 1995.

Located just blocks from the beach, The Digital Difference is an affordable boutique post production facility in Santa Monica, CA. We have been servicing the studio and independent film community for over 20 years!

We also have a variety of editorial suites to fit your needs, from efficient to spacious; all our rooms can be equipped with Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, or Pro Tools systems. Fiber lines, Standard or HD decks and shared media storage are also available.

Our on-​site file-​based post production and DI facility, Local Hero specializes in making digitally captured images look their best theatrically and in broadcast. They can conform, color, master from any format to any format. Their highly experienced digital cinema artists grade in their 2K digital cinema theater.
